Our stay at this hotel was a unique one as we needed to spend a couple extra days in London after our son was born at the nearby hospital and we could return home. This meant brining our 2 day old child to the hotel for a couple nights. From the get go the staff was wonderful and understanding of our situation, gave us good guidance on room selection for optimal quiet/lower foot traffic. Trolley was readily available for moving luggage, room was clean and A/C was working well, nice large tv and large fridge and microwave in the room - all of which was great! Beds were comfy with nice sized pillows, housekeeping was hard at work and responsive (proactive in providing us with additional trash bags for baby stuff). Breakfast had plenty of options, ice machines worked great and easily accessible - I can't say how easy it was to care for our newborn in an "away from home situation", but all the way down to a warm cookie on arrival and a bottle of water with our name on it when we left, the folks here made it possible! :)

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very small bathroom. Right off interstate, but a bit confusing to get to. Good value for the price.
