Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only issue was thermostat in the room. The room was very warm and unable to get the temperature down. The thermostat was out on 66 but overall temperature was 70 the entire time.

Everything was just fine except for the smell of urine around the toilet. It appeared clean but someone missed something. That is the only thing we can complain about this hotel.

The hotel experience was awesome. Hotel was in a great location. The check in attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was perfect for an overnight stay. It was close to everything, shopping, restaurants just an overall very nice area.

Check in was quick. Housekeeping was slow. Had to go to front desk to get own bath linens. Housekeeper made bed but didn’t clean bathroom or remove trash. Overall nice hotel.

First, they gave me the wrong room. Second, it didn’t have hot water. Bedding smelled gross. Paint was pealing off ceiling of the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good.

It was a wonderful stay. One night only. Connected to Convention Center which made it easy to get to without moving the car. Staff was very kind and helpful.

We could not ask for a better stay. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make sure you felt welcome. The room was clean and provided plenty of space. No complaints for Hyatt Place Cincinnati.

The room with a king bed and sofa bed/couch area works well for us. We like the large area for dining, meeting rooms, and such so we could have family visit us at the hotel when here on our Christmas break. It was also good they left the area with the microwave available to use anytime, especially since we didn't have one in our room to heat up leftovers.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
When the hotel was busy, hot water seemed to be an issue in the morning, but then by late morning there was more hot water. Maybe they need to increase the hot water capacity?
We appreciate the location near I-75 and 275 for traveling to visit family and friends.

The pool was DISGUSTING. We couldn't see the bottom, and there was some sort of film on top of the water.
The room was very clean. There was a half-eaten chocolate bar and a dirty fork on the floor.

Arrived with my service dog and was asked to pay $75.00 I was told I needed to tell Expedia I had a service dog. Was not charged but was given attitude. I have never had problems before at any hotel. Hotel is nice just a horrible welcome.

I was charged twice because the 3rd party reservation company travelocity/expedia did not post payment to the hotel Hyatt. I made the reservation 30 days in advance. Now I have to sit on the phone with management to get my refund.

We were in the area for a all-star cheer competition at the Sharonville Convention Center, I picked the Hyatt simply based on its location and it did not disappoint!
My daughter and I had a great time, the room was great! The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from a few shopping places (T.J. Maxx, Bath and Body Works, etc.) and food places, most importantly to her...Chic-Fil-A!

It was a holiday. Four day weekend trip. Quick check-in. Room.was very nice neat and clean. King bed was very comfy and nice . I love that they came and clean the room everyday. Breakfast included and lots of choices. And they have a big area for breakfast lounge. All the staff's are very nice and friendly. It was a great experience! We love and very our stay. Great price per night compare to other. Sure we will come back next time we came visit family. Thank you for making our stay perfect!
