Lovely hotel right on the beach. Room good as was breakfast. Staff very friendly. Only downside was the set late check out fee of c£150 for just 4 hours. As we were flying at 18.30 this put a little dampener on our stay which was a shame

We greatly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank goodness they don't play music constantly by the pool! The staff was lovely and everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. It was great to have an opportunity to eat local dishes and fruits etc.
As non-resort-y type people, we give this a solid thumbs up.

Overall this hotel is decent. Most of the employees are friendly and willing to help. I did however experience a front desk clerk who was lacking. Started with my late check in due to a flight delay and he left no notes after I called 3 times. And then I complained that we had no hot water in the bathroom and the shower water pressure was really low. He told me he would send maintenance when I followed up with him he said "I think they went up and checked and that is the warmest the water can get". This tainted my experience a bit but Overall this hotel is a good stay

Just everything little aged, the shower drain back up water, flooded to the outside of the bathroom.
The safety box did not work.

The Radisson has big clean rooms and lovely grounds. The staff are very friendly, helpful. Beach is fantastic. Fortunately several very good restaurants within walking distance as Radisson restaurants are disappointing. They do however put on a good breakfast.

We had a terrible time at Radisson Grenada. 1) We had a meal at the Oasis restaurant and a cockroach ran across the floor. I told the waiter and he just chased it under a flower box. 2) We checked into our room and the towel rail was hanging off the unit, there was chipped paint on the furniture and walls, the shower shelf was not secured, the bathroom light was flickering, the curtains were filthy and torn, the toilet roll holder was falling off. I told reception and they said they would send maintenance but it took almost the whole day for them to fix all the issues which took time out of our holiday. 3) We ordered a meal in the sunset restaurant, we ordered callalou soup and chicken roti at midday, after waiting for 2 hours we decided to leave. On our way out the food came but they got the order wrong so we decided enough was enough and we walked out. I complained to the manager but I am still waiting for a response. 4) I saw a cockroach in the bathroom which disappeared behind the mirror when I tried to catch it. I asked reception to change rooms but they said the hotel was full. So we asked housekeeping to spray the room, which they did, but the cockroaches came back night after night. I killed 4 cockroaches in that room. 5) On New year's Eve a cockroach crawled across my feet whilst watching the live band. On day 11 they finally moved us to a room on the other side of the hotel but it was too little too late. The hotel is not fit for purpose.

When we arrived our rooms were on the second floor with no lift. Reception eventually found one room on ground floor. Bar and restaurant service appalling. Waited over an hour for a salad

The resort was well kept the stuff was easy to work with also very understand. They also help me with my luggage to take it down the stairs, I will return to stay another time.

the hotel has so much potential. Location on the beach is great. The restaurant food and service were subpar. The front desk service is laughable. Hard to get pool towels. No real service at the beach.
The room was clean and comfortable. AC worked really well. The equipment in the gym was in great condition, although there were no hand towels.

Love the pool close to beach the resort is beautiful. Need to upscale rooms. WiFi work great servers are slow but everyone is nice. Will definitely go back

My suggestion is that Radisson should remove their brand name “Radisson” from this property. The management must be dissolved completely and reinstated with a new group. Overall it was pathetic!! In fact I will always think twice if I stay in a Radisson property any where in the world!!!!

The breakfast area needs better management. It was too crowded and appeared short of staff, every morning several items ran out and persons needed to wait for them to be replenished. This included plates and cups. Improvement is necessary.

Everything about the radisson is great the pool the beach the food the people the only thing is that the rooms could use an upgrade but they were clean and spacious

Great customer service received from staff for the duration of our stay. Great spacious accommodation and outstanding communal areas including selection of pools with waterfall and lounge facilities. A special thanks to all staff members who made our stay an enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend, will definitely return.

Checkin service was terrible and room was not ready, so I had to wait for over an hour. Restaurant service is also poor, especially if halfway full.

Excellent access to beautiful Grand Anse beach. Front desk staff would benefit from training. All other staff were polite. Kudos to Rhondy. Kudos to the staff that served breakfast.

Positives - friendly and helpful staff. The beach is fantastic and the standout feature of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance via the beach. Recommend Umbrellas for value and liveliness.
Negatives - the rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment, but acceptable. Big downside for us was being allocated a room directly behind the main bar (106). We asked for a change and we’re given a quieter room, but should not have been given it in the first place.

This hotel is pretty run down and understaffed. There were a few staff who went above and beyond but that was the exception not the rule. Menu is very limited. Our ground floor ocean view had an unsightly view of multiple high stacks of beach chairs which couldn't be moved, we were told there was no other room to move us to until the next morning I went back covered in mosquito bites (not sure how but our room was full of them) and a different person found a room for us. The beach is stunning, the place has massive potential but needs updating and staff need training/motivation.

There was initially some issues with our room but these were resolved as quickly as possible and we were offered a beach front view. Great location right on grand anse , large gardens and 2 lovely pools. Staff really friendly.
Wifi was really poor in one of the 2 rooms which could definitely be improved as its 4 star hotel. Entertainment needs improving

If you don’t mind quiet and love the most beautiful pool with foliage surrounding this is a great place. Our room was updated with new mattress and new ceiling fan and air conditioning. We were oceanfront with a perfect view. The food choices on the menus were not our favorite but the breakfasts were excellent. The ice machines were out of order but the bars were happy to provide you some. The staff was excellent in every way, from the servers to housekeeping a thumbs up. The island tour and sunset sail tours were so much fun, we enjoyed them as well. The oasis pool is one we will never forget, it was beautiful. Conveniently located by a food market.

The grounds and facilities are beautiful. Staff in the dining areas, while friendly, made quite a few mistakes with my table or did not take the time to offer proper service. The check-in process was lengthy and my colleague was double billed for her stay although it was reversed. The breakfast options were average. The rooms were clean and overall the hotel was very clean and there was also entertainment and different activities available. It was value for money overall despite a few challenges with customer service.

Great location for beach, bars, restaurants, and St George’s. The large pool with the waterfalls was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel workers were very helpful and professional and the resort was spotlessly clean.
