The hotel is in the centre of Little Tokyo. It was very convenient to enjoy Japanese food. I came earlier than check in time, but lobby is spacious and wifi service helps to work. Display of Japanese goods is interesting.

Hotel was great but AC was not working at all. Room was very hot. Staff was aware but said nothing at check-in. No amenity offered for the inconvenience.

Hotel and room were both clean and tidy, staff were polite and efficient at check-in and check-out too. The location is very convenient for nearby shops and restaurants as well as the train station. The room itself had plenty of space for bags and luggage and was modern.
The recommended car park is no more than 5 minutes walking, but it's not free and it's quite tight, and sometimes you have to go quite a few levels down.
We found the pricing very competitive, but it would still be worth paying a small premium over other hotels for. The only downside we had at all was that they were having issues with some of the lifts on/off during our stay, and since they weren't very big, you would have to wait for it to go and then come back.
