The lady at the front desk was very friendly . The breakfast was good the room needed to be upgraded the beds we’re comfortable and the pillows were also not to hard parking was good we went to poker Alice’s acrostic the parking lot

Very clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the exercise room. The equipment wasn't working.

The bed was very comfortable however curtains didnt close and the street light glared into the night . i think the motel is in bad need of new carpeting was just hard to look past the dirt and stains

Although the price of the stay was reasonable for the event that was going on at the time, but the maintenance man was on vacation so they could not address any issues that we were having with the room/ Amenities. A gentleman that checked me in answered the phone when we had a question about the safe because it was locked and we could not get into it. He said the maintenance man was on vacation and there was nobody that could help us out with getting into the safe. Apparently an employee was standing by and heard what was going on and she came up to her room and used the bypass code to unlock the safe for us. My experience on my trip that I took and I stayed at several other places and to me this place falls into the same category that corporate owners really do not stay on top of things.

We stayed for Sturgis 2023. Of course the cost was stupid high, but under the circumstances it’s understood.
The staff were awesome and the rooms were clean.
We did lose power a couple of times, bathroom door was too close to toilet and the water pressure was horrible.
During breakfast, another person staying there did complain about his shower head falling off.

Somewhat difficult to walk anywhere, but not much you could do to fix that. "Breakfast" options where pretty high in carbs and sugars, as a diabetic, there wasn't much there for me to have. Staff was great, let us park our motorcycles under cover at night

Ad said breakfast is included, but should have said it was a continental breakfast, cereal and toast with yoghurt and sometime hard boiled eggs. The eggs were there only half the time during our four night stay.

We stayed there for one night and loved it. The rooms were clean. The staff is helpful. We left something behind and they were willing to mail it to us. We had a good experience. Good customer service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Days Inn - Sturgis. The staff and service were great. I had some problems with the TV and WiFi connection. However, both were resolved quickly once I reported them. The hotel is located in a good, centralized location for visiting many local attractions such as Deadwood, Devils Tower. Mt. Rushmore and Badlands.

Days inn at Sturgis: first room beds not made and garbage in the garbage cans.
Second room: dirty floor, not vacuumed before I got there or while I was staying there even though I asked twice for it to be vacuumed. Carpet had a sticky spot that wasn't cleaned even after being mentioned to the front desk and housekeeping. Tub had used soap(with hair on it) and shampoo bottles in the tub, tub itself was filthy. Used washcloth from previous occupants left hanging on the shower curtain. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty and had to be changed. The front desk manager and I did this. Wall by the desk had food splattered on it. Smoke detector was MISSING- wires hanging down from ceiling. Floor lamp switch was missing. Bag for ice bucket missing.
Third room: only one garbage and it was already half full. Fridge not clean.
Website said there was a pool and elevator, there was neither. Manager said they've spoken to the owner about this as being false advertising but the owner refuses to change it.

The breakfast was not very great. It was more continental than a breakfast. Boiled eggs, waffles, toast, daneshes, coffee and juice.

Good motel just off interstate. Clean, comfortable. Well priced for this time of year. Plenty of good eats within short drive.
On the northern edge of the Black Hills. Deadwood only 12 miles.
