The hotel is older but nice. Could use some updates. The restaurant was great and breakfast was good.

The room was newly remodeled as were all the rooms in this wing of the building. They even had a sign at the desk to ask for a newly remodeled room. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to get to off of Rt 50 or Rt 3 and only a ten minute drive to the metro station, giving easy access to DC. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Free parking, good internet, good breakfast.

The hotel is under renovations and they are still open for business although I experienced a roach crawling on my arm the other night and when I moved to the other bed after checking it we came back from breakfast and found a roach crawling on the other bed so for that. I know longer will be staying at this hotel the staff members are great and always a pleasure but after denying me a free night stay I can no longer come back to this hotel EVER!!!! Maybe you all should exterminate will certain floors are being renovated. Will never return

the room was okay, had a uninvited guests in our room. Asian lady bugs were living in the top corner of the room, informed desk and they were not concerned. The door to the bathroom was warped because the vent in the bathroom did not work, notified the desk and they offered to move us but by this time we were all moved in. Looks like the maintenance and cleaning staff were not checking the rooms. toilet seat was loose. the breakfast ladies were excellent and friendly, and seemed to know every guest. we got warm cookies but they did complain that the management was cheap and would not replace the non working toaster.

The main reason for a 3 star rating is because they would not accommodate a late checkout. I was told the night before that it was ok but was told to let them know in the morning when i did they said No. This is the only hotel i have ever been denied a late check out!! And we travel alot! Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, and breakfast was decent. Check in was easy that lady was friendly. The morning guy not so much! Location was ok, close to food and shopping but the traffic was busy. Honestly its 50/50 if i would stay here again but mainly because of the late check out. Also as a side note theres no pool no hot tub and no breakfast can leave the breakfast area. Also the 1st hotel we have been to that does not allow food to leave the dining area.

I loved the facts that there are shops like Target and Burlington walking distance from this property my wife and kids walked to the shops. We also loved their rich breakfast that is free

The Hotel was decent for an older location. The staff were friendly and attentive to my concerns. Had to switch rooms due to personal hygiene items that were left behind from a previous guest. The biggest draw back was a group of tenants that looked like they were on work assignment and were being put up at the Hotel. They were extremely loud and smoked a lot of Marijuana in front of one the entrances.

Overall great hotel, very clean and quiet. My only complaint was the breakfast. I chose this hotel due to close proximity to my son’s athletic fields. Knowing he would have a very early game I wanted to be able to take breakfast on the go so he could sleep in and eat on the way. Unfortunately you could not take any food out of the dining room. No one told us that at check in otherwise I would have gotten up earlier. Very disappointing:(

The hotel was easy driving distance from the site of the Maryland Renaissance Festival. We drive from North Carolina for this event and usually book at hotel in Annapolis. We found this one in Bowie and decided it is now our hotel for this event.

The staff at check-in were outstanding. I slept really well as the bed in my room was so comfortable. However, I think only one elevator was working. In addition and most concerning was that the toilet seat was not clean (a layer of dark dirt/filth on the surface of the seat). I cleaned the entire seat myself and shared this information with the desk staff.
