We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is so beautiful and they were so helpful with any of the questions we had. Don’t sleep on the sauna wellness area on the fifth floor. It was absolutely incredible.

Beautifully maintained, super helpful staff, use of umbrellas when it was rainy. The only thing was my room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived and we were not notified when it was ready - we kept messaging and no response but finally we just showed back up well after check in time and it had been ready awhile

Perfect central location in old town near Marienplatz. Hotel had cool decor and good vibes, although full of fellow North Americans. Rooms are quite compact, but fully functional. Fine trade-off for the stellar location. Breakfast was amazing, come hungry!
