Room was exceptional! Big with a bath & 1/2 and a balcony overlooking the pool. Yes a pool in the heart of Florence. Definitely a nice place to recharge before going out for the sunset & dinner. The included breakfast was the best “hotel included” we had in Italy. We also enjoyed the roof top bar ( but it did close at 9:30PM).
The staff was also very helpful & all fluent in English! (There was a union strike occurring while we were there & the staff made us feel better about the trains)

lovely to have pool area as it gets very hot and it’s great have outside space to relax in the shade…
Rooms clean, very comfy bed with lovely linen..
Rooms could do with a deep clean as dust in the air con unit and curtains…

Only negative was construction out front of the hotel, but that is not hotel ‘fault’ Boxing theme throughout was unique and ‘crisp’

The pool is great. Rooftop bar has wonderful views of the city in the evening. Location is great - walking distance to train station, and all the sites in the city. Room is basic.
