I arrived very late, around 11:30 PM, and requested a late checkout since the standard checkout time was 11:00 AM, but my request was denied.
Overall, the hotel was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near both the airport and my event venue. However, getting into the city via public transportation was inconvenient, so I had to rely on taxis for transportation.

Property was clean and staff was helpful but I did not like location. It was far from the center and far from public transportation. I used uber.

The Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas is a beautiful, well-kept hotel featuring all the top amenities you could possibly need. As a solo traveler, I especially enjoyed relaxing by the fantastic outdoor pool area. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout my stay. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—everyone was exceptionally nice, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
