Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose.

Unfortunately, the shuttle never arrived for transport from airport to property. There was no one at the desk to greet me upon arrival. A deposit was required at check in although my room was prepaid. Cash was strongly encouraged. Breakfast was standard.
