The staff was very helpful. They even helped with the luggage cart and the door. The room and breakfast was what we expected it to be since we have stayed in Quality Inns before.

The location, room & breakfast were excellent. The staff who checked us in were welcoming & helpful. Having an EV charger on-site would have been very convenient.
Unfortunately, the receptionist on the night shift, whose duty ended at 7:30 a.m., spoiled our morning & negatively impacted the rest of our road trip. She was rude, became defensive during the interaction, & seemed unwilling to handle the situation professionally when I questioned her statement & asked for the manager’s name. That experience is the reason for the lost star.

The hotel is in the middle of some remodeling and it looks great so far. Staff qas super friendly, Rainy checked us in with a smile and a fabulous attitude. I did not catch the name of the other employee i spoke to but also so dang sweet she was sugar coated. 10 stars!!!
