Pool closed at 8pm which we were very disappointed with as we arrived at 7:55pm and wanted to go in the pool. Otherwise everything was good

EXTREMELY LOUD room next door with party beginning at 4am. A quick call to the less than accommodating from desk got a “Our Security Person isn’t currenty on the property, so what do you expect me to do”. NOT JUST NOISY BUT VERY LOUD! Not a future choice for us in upcoming trips to Tucson!

My room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was in the shower and the amenities in the room. The continental breakfast was great as well. Bacon eggs waffles. Much more than the usual fare. Would definitely stay here on my next trip!

Everything was great and it was nice having the complimentary breakfast. My only negative comment, which relates to my lower score for eco-friendliness, is the shower. There is no control of the water volume and it comes out in large quantities, wasting our precious desert water. Replacing the shower heads would resolve this problems.

Always a pleasure staying here. The facility is always kept up & clean. The staff is super friendly & pleasant to talk to. The room was clean the King bed was PERFECT for me & my partner! Breakfast is good! I will continue booking my hotel stays here

I´ve tried several of the hotels adjacent to Tucson´s airport. In my experience, this one provides the best combination of price and quality. I´ll be back.

The TV didn't work properly. There was some sort of problem in the kitchen so breakfast was very limited until 10 minutes before they shut it down @ 10:00 A.M. so all the food went to the employees or went to waste.

I was able to get a good night sleep and a shuttle to the airport fist thing in the morning without any issue. Well worth the money.

A nice place to stay before an early morning flight. The shuttle left every 5 minutes for the airport and they even sent a sack breakfast with us. Very comfortable rooms and good service!

The check-in and shuttle availability were 5 star. However, I had 2 problems that would not have been able to corrected by the staff: the shower drainage and the room unchangeable thermostat/room temperature control (non-functioning air conditioning unit) that kept my room between 72-74 degrees F. When I showered, the water didn’t drain properly and there was standing water almost going out the bathroom door. Had to waste all the towels to dry floor and direct the over flow of water back into the shower. The temperature of the room kept me from sleeping nearly all night. I was overheated all night without a fan or a way to adjust the room temp. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Hampton Inns are always so nice. The lobby and breakfast area nice and clean. The staff were nice. Our room was very clean with comfy bed. Pillows were not good but that seems to be the same at every hotel. The area around the hotel was a little run down but not terrible. Not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was really good. Egg frittata, bacon, sausage, flavored waffles, etc.

The hotel is real close to the airport. Corporate jets taking off during day were extremely loud. But that was the convenience. They have a 24-hour airport shuttle which we used at 4:00 AM. They also picked us up from the rental car return the day before and dropped us off at a restaurant down the street per our request.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The Hampton was very clean, we felt safe and secure, we didn’t worry about our vehicles. The staff were attentive, polite, and very professional. We will stay there again.
