It was great! Desk attendants weren't very friendly but not rude either. Room was awesome. Just wish breakfast was included like a few years ago. Overall 9 out of 10

It was a beautiful hotel and very clean. Nice staff members as well. The only issue was the water pressure but that is understandable. Both affordable and a good hotel to stay at.

It was sooo cozy and quiet. Room was clean and temperature in the room was perfect. Bedding was so soft and comfy. People at the front desk were so nice and so was security and the people working around the property. Made me smile and feel welcomed. A bonus was the kitties in the property that i made friends with. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I had a huge water puddle in the floor by the a/c unit when we arrived asked for more towels to mop it up and they never came.. kinda disappointed

It was a nice budget friendly hotel a short walk from the Warehouse district and a 35 minute walk from the French quarter. The staff were particularly helpful especially Jesse who was a delight to talk to as well as some of the security staff at night. The place is clean and tidy and is very beautiful in the sunshine.

I like the fact that there was a place for breakfast on here at the hotel.

Went down for Mardi Gras - perfect location for the parade route. Staff was super friendly! Rooms were nice and the hotel has a great New Orleans architecture look to it. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The manager on duty gave my adjoining room to someone else after it was clear what I had before he gave it away. When we tried explaining it to him he walked away and would let speak with me anymore.

Location was great just that the room we got the first night we had no AC Ac kept going in and out called several times to the front desk took them a whole day to move me to a different room so my first day was very horrible parking you have to be make sure that you tell them that you’re not parking there cause it’s parking limited so they still charge you even though you’re not there still waiting for manager to call me back and give me a refund on some of my parking

We stayed here quite a few years ago and enjoyed the ambience of the historic setting. Everything was lovely that time (except for the one cockroach that we saw.) This time, we upgraded to a suite, but it was a disappointment. It was tired, the curtains were nasty qith wine stains and rips/tears, the toilet ran for a long time and was super loud, as was the air heater/air conditioner (not to mention the fighting cats outside, and the crows!) The room was bright from the outside lights...needless to say, we are leaving tired! The worst was the rude male staff in the breakfast room...gave us attitude the entire time... There were some areas blocked off with caution tape?! Other than that, the hottub doesn't have jets, the pool was closed (ice cold) and the police was called to break up a domestic (who had large, barking Cujo dogs bearing their teeth through the window of their room.) Oh, and we were charged a strange extra charge to our credit card (which they said "they would.look into it?!" I would say, not the exoerience we were hoping for...not near as nice as the photos...next time we will look elsewhere.

We stayed here one night before our cruise out of the Port Of LA. 25 of us total got there at about 11:45 am. I called a few days before to let them know we would be there earlier than check in time. They had all of our rooms ready. We dropped our bags in our rooms and went to Bourbon St on the trolley car. This is a great place with the most comfortable beds!!!!!!! The staff was so pleasant and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Great restaurant right next door and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel

Very over priced for all the problems we encountered.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Very convenient location. Guests were loud in courtyard very late and noise could be heard all night. Doors are facing outside to courtyard.

Easy access to public transportation. Staff were friendly and responsive. Room was clean but very some of the furniture should be replaced.

The beds were clean, but very hard, the pillows were hard as well. I definitely need a chiropractor visit after staying there! The back of our bathroom door had a hole in it, there was some questionable stuff on the wall behind the bathroom door as well. There was dried ketchup, or some other type of sauce on the wall. The picture on the wall of our bedroom fell off the wall and it was obvious it happened many times before as it was duct taped together but we were rudely told that we would most likely have to pay for it and I’m now seeing a charge on my account for $100. That picture was definitely from the 90s and not worth five dollars at the Goodwill. Not very happy about this especially because we explained it to two different people. Overall not a terrible place just not to our expectations.

I was not allowed to pay deposit in cash. The shower had no hot water. And the cleaning crew entered my room while the do not distribute sign was on the door. They clearly handed my personal item, removed some item and still didn't clean the room!

Good location, nice staff and comfortable bed. The room needed attention to detail and better upkeep.
