Hotel was run down in general. Carpet thred bare, rooms showed much wear. Poor water pressure in the shower. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Hair in the bedsheets. Two concert t-shirts were still in the closet area from a previous guest. Meets basic needs. Very conveniently located to the airport and car rental return.

Lobby looked good, everytwhere else was dirty. I don't think that place has a vaccuum or rug sweeper. The bathroom door did not have a knob on the inside. The stairwell with the ice machine had a very strong indication (smell) of crystam meth. No kidding. No elevator or wheelchair access to second floor.

Floor was dirty, sink had a hard time draining, shower didn’t work well & when I walked in I was told it was a no smoking facility however there was a strong weed odor in the lobby and hallway. However the staff were friendly.

People on my floor were yelling at each other. It kept me from sleeping. The room was in need of repairs. Wasn't very clean. The beds were hard and not comfortable at all.

We walked into hotel and immediately smelled Marijuana being smoked! The desk attendant couldn't speak fluent English so it was very hard to understand him. Got up to our room & the key didn't work. Room needed soom attention. Someone needs to show them how to paint!!! Will not stay again!

Other than the room smelling like smoke and pot, the phone and clock did not work. The majority of the other guests looked like they were there for one night to smoke pot in their rooms, hang out in the hallways to get out of the 30 degree weather. Wont stay there again.

You should be ashamed of the property holes in wall toilet didn’t work,television was broken lamps didn’t work and had to request towels after staying several days rugs dirty so not up dated need to report this best part was leaving

Booked this for price and location. We had to be at the airport early in the am. The weather was snowy. We also parked our vehicle for our vacation here under global parking. They are rehabbing many rooms. There was noise, most of the night coming from the second floor. (Sounded like someone was dribbling a basketball) Being so close to the airport, planes taking off was another constant sound. They do have a shuttle to take you to the airport. It starts at 4:30 am. We had to call a Lyft, as we needed to be there earlier. The people working there were very nice. They do have a breakfast included. We had to cut out before that. The monetary price was on the lower end, thanks to this app. Overall, giving the same issues, we would put up with the negatives. Beats getting in a wreck, car trouble or whatever else in the commute to here.

Be aware if you’re booking this motel for the airport shuttle! They max out at 8 ppl and only run every half hour. They don’t make any exceptions or accommodations! We ended up getting a Uber..
as for the rooms, the pillows are like little cubes and the beds hard…

Although I've seen other reviews have complained about the rooms being clean, our room was clean and reasonably comfortable for the cost. It is certainly aged and repaired areas look like they were done by an inexperienced home repairman. It needs a significant upgrade. But you can't ignore the convenience and shuttle. And staff were friendly. I would stay here again if I all I need is a place to sleep by the airport.

There were big cracks on the ceiling and bathroom was old and not very clean. It felt like a dump.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. My only complaint is that the phone system was not working, so I couldn't get a wake-up call as a back up to setting the alarm on my phone. I almost missed the shuttle. Also the shuttle quits running at 11:00 pm, but my plane comes in at 11:15 which causes me to have to call a cab. I would like to see them run the shuttle until midnight at least.

Took over an hour for front desk person to come out one man literally had to hop the counter beat on the door and wake him up. Then he took a deposit of $100 off my card that I never got back

After reviewing the reviews, I was hesitant about booking at this property. So, I went in with very low expectations.
Let’s start off with the pros. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and polite. The air line had broke my will on my suitcase and he offered to get it to the room door if need be. It was walkable distance to Hertz rental car next door where I picked up my rental the next morning. The bed was not the best that I’ve ever slept in, but not the worst by any means. My room was clean and no complaints, except for it smelled musty. The AC unit worked great. I had to get up in the middle of the night and turn it up because I was freezing.
For the cons immediately when I walked in, it smelled like marijuana. And had a older smell when walking down the hallways like something had been wet. There was a lot of outdated items, definitely needed a lot of repairs, such as the water faucet, the showerhead, the baseboards literally fell off. When exiting the building from the side, there was a ton of standing water by the ice machine and empty nasty trash and pizza boxes.
Was it worth the money? Yes, I would stay there again, but if you’re looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel don’t even bother. This is an older motel that needs work, but when it is over $150 cheaper than in my opinion it is worth it.

The property is in bad condition - furniture and walls had holes. The air inside smelled strongly of industrial cleaner. I needed to make a change and they didn't answer numerous calls and emails from the Orbitz team over a 24 hour period.

Room was in poor shape with half completed repairs, party until 4:00 am in room next door, female prostitutes wandering halls, dirty, vending machines took money and desk wouldn't give money back, transport to airport van had broken side step in and bad to climb in and jump out with bad back, smell of smoke, and mildew, tv so small could hardly see it.
