One nite on the return home. Hotel very nice. Newly remodeled. TV location was poor. awkward desk location in the middle of the room. Breakfast included great. Minor items, but if a longer stay would be a pain

I didn't get the room I reserved at Hampton Inn. I specifically reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds as it was a trip for me and my friend. We each needed our own bed. Upon checking in the lady at the counter gave us a King suite with a pullout sofa for one of us to use and said because of 3rd party reservations with Expedia, they were unable to give us the room I had a reservation for. The room was loud, the bathroom door and the shower door would not stay closed due to the rolling doors they each had. The bed and pillows, while clean and pretty, were VERY uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and the breakfast staff even better, considering they had a ton of middle school aged kids there during our stay.

The staff at the hotel did an awesome job. Very friendly and helpful in every way. We loved our room and the breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend!

Hotels.com was helpful in trying to cancel this reservation. We had a family emergency resulting in emergency brain surgery and we were unable to make our trip to the Biltmore. The Biltmore happily refunded our three tickets, however, Hampton Inn refused to refund our reservation despite the hotels.com customer service tirelessly trying to resolve the problem. I will no longer be supporting Hampton Inn.

We appreciate having the coffee and hot chocolate station available 24 hrs. Sometimes, as a family, we reconnect at the lobby and those give us a boost all day long. The staff is very nice and accommodating too.

This hotel is in a great location. Perfect if you plan to visit the Biltmore. The only hiccup was our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:00 p.m. They did appear to be slammed. Not sure if everyone arrived at once but the lobby was full and others waiting for rooms too. The receptionist did mention they were lacking help from workers calling in sick. Our room was ready in about the 30 minutes and no problems after that. The area appeared safe and plenty of free parking. The breakfast was the normal hotel fare.

Located very close to the Biltmore Entrance, this property had been redecorated recently. Bedding and Bathrooms were very nice. Rooms were very quiet. Complimentary breakfast was good and varied each morning.

Very close to Biltmore house. Free breakfast great. Rooms clean, beds & pillows very comfortable, firm but not hard. Only c/o dripping sound in bathroom coming from above room. Sounded like water dripping onto metal. Reported 2 management but no change.

It was such a great location for shopping, eating, and different activities! The hotel itself was very clean and all staff were nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Asheville!

The only problem with this specific Hampton Inn is the layout of the room. The bed is on the wrong wall if you wish to watch the TV, Not sure if this is the new norm since I saw the same room configuration at a low end Motel 6 and it was also not a good design. Every other thing about this hotel was excellent. Especially loved the bathroom, although it would be even better if there were a handheld in the shower. The sliding door to the bathroom was a great design, along with the sliding glass shower enclosure. Add those two small items and this would definitely be a five star rating...
