Staff were very good, facilities in the room were good - the environment lovely with the WsterMill and the stream - good bed - good black out curtains - welcome water / enough tea for morning and evening - breakfast plentiful - but to tinned fruit - rather than fresh - not very inviting croissants - did not have cooked breakfast - we would stay again - pleasant modern design - welcoming staff!!!

A pleasant stay in a lovely big room. Very clean in room and comfortable. The communual are looked tatty, particularly the brown carpet which needs replacing.
Breakfast was ok but a bit cold.

The breakfast wasnt great but the staff were friendly. The air conditioning was working but i felt the room was a bit cold for my liking but the staff did turn on the heating but if just wasn't hot enough for me. However both the room & its surroundings were beautiful!

Lovely stay here, my wife had just had knee surgery a few weeks before our stay, I requested a ground floor room which they provided. Staff were friendly. No restaurant but 2 pubs serving food opposite and 10% off if you show your room card. Buffet breakfast was good quality. Lovely river views as well. Will stay again in the future.
