We had an amazing view of the bay. Our room was wonderful and we were close to different venues for our needs. Awesome weekend stay.

Our stay was excellent. We dined outside on the patio and the Piña coladas were terrific! We requested 2 rooms next to each other and the hotel accommodated. My mom got lost and the hotel staff were wonderful in guiding her to us. Great location and wonderful service. I will gladly stay here again.

Hotel is super cute, it’s really close to a bunch of shops and food. My issue was that my room did not have good AC at all. I had it at 60 in there and it definitely did not get cold. I had to Instacart a fan so I would be somewhat comfortable. Also, they give you 2 free house* drinks at the bar when you stay. I don’t drink a lot, so I didn’t know what house drinks were (I thought they were like their specialty cocktails). Anyways, the first night the waitress let us use them on our drinks, she didn’t even correct it. The second night, we sat at the bar and they barely acknowledged us. When we wanted to leave, we gave the cards to one of the girls and she was very annoyed and told us they were for house drinks only. When we told her we used them the night before on our cocktails, she didn’t believe us because she said she was working the night before and didn’t see us use them. We told her she wasn’t waiting on us the night before and she just walked away and we had to call her back over to get the bill. It was our last night, so we gave the cards to these guys having beer and wine. She was definitely upset by this because as we left she yelled “I can’t win”. If we had been corrected the night before about our drinks, I would’ve been okay because I didn’t know! My coworker didn’t even see the house drink part on the card. We also were not gonna fight it, but the way the lady at the bar was was not very kind.

This hotel, which has been in Naples for many years , was obviously hit hard by the hurricane of two summers ago. They are in desperate need of repair . We tried two different rooms, but both had severe water damage clearly visible on the walls near the window sills and in the door jamb to the entrance of the room itself. There are countless water damage areas in the entire Hotel . They apparently did a cheap and quick fix after the hurricane. The hotel has a major mold problem! We were unable to stay there due to this issue. The hotel refunded us our entire stay. If you have issues with mold, mildew and or allergies of any kind this is not the hotel for you. The staff were very understandable, however we had to find last minute late night accommodations due to the conditions of this hotel. They also allow smoking on their deck outside, which will drift up the two or three stories into your room if the windows are open. I hope they give this hotel a major overhaul and remodel fixing all of the water damage and make it conducive for all guests to come and enjoy the beautiful water views that they have. They have an excellent proximity to downtown 5th Avenue, however too many other problems need to be fixed before you pay the money to stay there. Good luck Bay Front Inn, I hope you get back to where you were a handful of years ago.

Nice hotel, good restaurant with beatifull terrace just in front of the bay. You will enjoy free parking. The pool is pleasant. You will find very nice restaurant walking on 5th Avenue (5 minutes). The rooms are confortable but I would recommend to pick a room with bay view to avoid noise from the street. We recommend this hotel.

No desk in the room. Request for one ignored.

Not great. Had to change rooms 3 times and could have done it a 4th time. Toilets loose, AC not cooling, lights weren’t working. Key cards didn’t work and overall quality of rooms extremely poor compared to other hotels in area

Horrible. Check-in took 20 min. Mold on the wall. Loud! People screaming until 1:00 am. Front desk clerk did nothing. Pool is embarrassing.
