Customer Service was great, the beds are very small and the location was not so great. Parking was very tight but it was spring break and very busy. The limo service was a pleasant suprise.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very nice and friendly. They were very fast coming to the room when we discovered we had no remote. It’s clean and the coffee at any time was great and so needed. The fact that we could have been driven to certain restaurants was a huge bonus

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It’s very thoughtfully managed and maintained. There is a great spread for breakfast, their (free) limbo service took us to dinner and back, there is an awesome espresso machine in the lobby next to a gorgeous salt water fish tank. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and water features throughout. And then ofcourse the outdoor area is just fantastic. It’s got a huge hot tub and pool, tiki torches light up with flames at night, a gas fire pit with comfy seating, it’s all just so well done. Also the rooms were fully equipped and updated and cozy. We will always recommend this hotel! Sincerest thank you to all the staff at this Best Western for making this place such a great experience. Your hard work shows!

Front desk guy made the check in process a huge headache, literally took 20+ min to check in, charged $10’for my kids to stay even though I told him they were not staying in the room (in laws live near by) if you want a smooth process this is not the place. Unfortunately I will most likely not stay here in the future.

Expedia charged my cash app visa for prepaid stay. On arrival person checking me in was very rude and having a conversation with another employee. Said it's prepaid but they don't accept that type of payment in a very judgemental way.Said its my problem to get refund from Expedia.

Staff is delightful and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A little musty. The area is noisier than I would have liked, but conveniently located. Blackout curtains are in order to block the excessive light from the hallways.

While Eureka is not a super inviting town, this Best Western does its best to be a respite. The hot tub (more of a grotto) is fun, the pool looked decent, and the breakfast was nice to have before we hit the road. The room was nice and there was plenty of parking. One of the biggest surprises: a stretch limo (!!) that will take you out to local restaurants. We didn't use it, but it's a nice perk.

The lobby and oasis area were well maintained. The room was dingy and in need of updates. The baseboards in the bathroom were falling apart. The tub was tiny. The carpet was stained.

Sandwiched between North and Southbound Hwy 101. The property is modest and is a motel I the traditional sense, with stairs and exterior hall access to the rooms. Parking is tight when the motel is at higher occupancy. Patio area with pool and spa is nicely theme and provides additional seating to the tight space of the continental breakfast area. Waffles and pancakes are the selection along with Jimmy Dean heat and go sandwiches. Eureka itself has an eclectic old downtown section. Hunt around yourself for restaurants, The suggestions provided by the motel strictly promote old town and mostly do not offer good value. Eureka itself is uneventful, and just a travel stop and not a destination.

we were on a road trip and wanted to book for the night. through travelocity a date came up, about 2 weeks later to book that we of course did not want, looking for this night stay. we tried multiple times to book, and then by mistake we got the date that came up over and over, but 2 weeks later. we tried to cancel, contact the hotel and the booking site but had to pay anyway for a night 2 weeks later. an honest mistake, taken advantage off by all involved. no cancellation possible, no money returned: the low point of our roadtrip. re

Best Western has done an excellent job of modernizing and remodeling this old hotel. It’s surprisingly nice, particularly for the area in which it is located. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet, and our stay was completely uneventful.

The desk person spoke to me in a demeaning manner. Said not to go through Expedia. Go directly through Best Western. Cold water tap worked weird to start then not at all. Breakfast was ok. Outside pool area was nice. Room smelled heavily of disinfectant.

I loved this hotel! The pool and spa are great, my daughter went every night and made friends at the pool. It is close to downtown but you will want a car. The coffee machine in the lobby is amazing, I took a picture of it because I liked it so much. The staff is super nice and friendly and the breakfast is great. Some of the guest we met said they always come to this hotel when in town. It has a bit of a cult following and I can see why! Great place supper happy with my holiday stay.

Desk clerk was very nice. I'm mobility impaired and he gave me a well-placed room and arranged for ice to be brought to my room. The pillows were very nice. The bed was hard as a rock and I barely slept. The bathroom floor was filthy and sticky with urine. My feet were clean when I got there and very dirty the next morning. No way I was going in the shower. The desk clerk told me check-out time was noon, but housekeeping started banging on the door at 11:50 and 2 more times before I left the room at 12:07, even though it was clear there were other rooms they hadn't gotten to yet. I won't be back.
