Check-in went fairly smoothly but the building looks rough from outside. There is no pool, which the amenities list a pool so I had some disappointed kiddos. There were stains on the sheets and hair in the shower. A lot of empty space but yet no mirror except the bathroom and only 1 garbage can. Not all plug ins worked. Would not stay again.

The room was not well maintained, wiring for TV was abysmal, flooring from bathroom to the sleeping area was uneven and stubbed my toes. Water was luke warm in the shower. The remodeling of that had been done on the room looked like a High School kid had done it. Could hardly understand the front desk person. The only positive was the beds were comfortable.

Dirty grounds, cigarette butts and spit on side walks. There wasn't an alarm clock in the room. I booked the room for 2 days and they deactivated my room key after the first day. I had to go down to the front desk and get it fixed. Very inconvenient, due to having to leave my friend along with my shopping standing outside in the cold.

tv would not turn on. contacted front desk and clerk came up and something happened and the tv worked-but couldn't adjust volume or shut it off. only when un- plugging the power cord would the tv go off and when plugged in again the tv would come on automatically. also the heater wouldn't shut off when room temperature reached the set temp.

Overall average. Continental breakfast was limited. They advertise a pool, but don’t have one. Property was decent. Beds were comfortable. Location was good.

The door to room 142 did not close properly. Needed to force close. It was unaligned. The bathroom looks like they were trying to "remodel" but the workmanship was horrible and looked unfinished. The queen bed was set on a full size frame so sitting on the edge was dangerous. Free breakfast was limited to waffles, toast and cereal. Didn't see any juice, eggs (hard-boiled or scrambled). Although staff at the desk was friendly, it was very hard to understand him and had to ask him to repeat questions multiple times.

All of the rooms are exterior entrances and the property was a mess. They said it was because they just completed a remodel but it must have been some other rooms because ours doesn't look like anything had ever been updated. Including the hairdryer in the bathroom that had been ripped off the wall. The room was so small that they could only fit two double beds and not queen sized bed. There was tons of junk from the remodel that was all over the property. I don't mean to rip on the place but it needed a lot of work to be just average.

It appeared that the property was still in a refresh mode; “not everything finished upgrading“ Staff had difficulty communicating in English. The breakfast bar would have been better if they had regular coffee (they were out and the morning desk staff didn’t know where or how to replenish). Great array of sugary carbs, very little fruit and no yogurt. They hopefully will do better in the future.

We got there and they claim we didn’t have a reservation. We had a prepaid reservation. I checked my email to find they checked us in 2 1/2 hours before we got there. They finally gave us a room. We get to the room to find the door did not latch all the way, and the door frame was damaged. So even getting the door latched the best we could it was still loose in the frame. It looks like it might have been kicked it. Very disappointed.

Dirty room, trash on the floor, looksed like poop was rubbed on the wall, bathroom door would not shut, looked like a dog tried to eat it, toilet was dirty, shower had holes in the floor, No one ended up even showering here, overal 0 stars.

Window was cracked. Carpet was wet. Room smelled of mildew. Went out to get food and someone panicking asked us for narcan before the police showed up. Someone was selling various pets and hedgehogs out of a unit. All in all. Hilarious experience. Enough for a good story but only for one good story. Be careful.

It was dirty and scary the 1st roon they gave us the stool was broken and when we asked about getting a different room they said we couldnt be switching but he gave us another and that one the security lock was torn off and neither room had phones. we are older people and we were very nervous about the place. There were cars in the parking lot with no license plates and others with flat tires we just checked out. We want a refund.

The first complaint is that you had to practically body slam the door of the room to get it open. The second complaint is that I have is on Expedia’s website it stated there was an outdoor pool and had pictures of the pool in the posting. We walked the entire exterior of the building and there was no pool at all. Third complaint is per Expedia’s website there was to be a coffee/tea maker in the room and there was not. Also Expedia’s website stated that the tvs in the rooms were 42 inches. The tv in our room was 32 inches. In the both room there was a significant amount of damage to the door frame. The staff was friendly and Accommodating.

There is no pool. When traveling with kids this is a decision criteria, their website advertises a pool which they told us was removed several years ago. Plenty of time to update information. The whole place needs a updating.

Total dump. The hotel exterior was in terrible shape. It was in great need of rust remover and several coats of paint … or possibly a wrecking ball ... broken concrete decking and sidewalks everywhere. Lawn was nothing but muddy weeds around the building. AC and elevator non functional in the main building. The room door stuck really badly and the upper lock was cracked. The parking lot had least three junkers that could not move. It looked like a contractor was using the parking lot to store construction materials. There was a weird guy hanging out in the trees across parking lot, staring at people as they entered. I parked in the Courtyard by Marriott next door for my car’s safety. If they had rooms available i would have gladly paid the extra to avoid this dump.

Do not stay at the hotel. When we arrived, the air conditioning in the lobby was either not on or broken. The computer system was down... so no shock but to stand there and sweat. We should have left right then. The property, corridors, stairwells, and bathrooms are filthy. When we got to the room, I felt a bit of redemption as the bedroom was neat and clean. The bathroom however was awful. Hair and what looked to be paint chips littered the floor. The toiletries were opened and a bar of soap appeared to be used. We went for dinner... upon our return we found the carpet under the air conditioner to be soaked with water. Most channels of television had poor reception. I called the lobby to speak with someone regarding these issues... I was put on hold indefinitely. The breakfast consists of a waffle machine, oatmeal, and dry cereal. We will stay somewhere, anywhere else, tonight. YUCK. Please, do yourself a favor, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Was very unhappy to find out that once we got there that there was not a pool like it had listed for the property. And to be put on the 3rd floor with elevator being broke. That made for a hard time transporting luggage and cooler up 3 flights of stairs. Had I known of the pool I would have else where. I paid for my 9 days with intentions of being able to use a pool. I feel like there should be compensation for that as I paid for it and to add had to take my kids else where and pay to go swimming. The property outside of that was clean and they stayed on top of trash in rooms and towels.

Nasty smell throughout the entire room, smells very musty. Water damage on ceilings. Advertises as having a pool but they do not. Reserved rooms with 2 queen size beds. Neither room had a queen size bed. They are full size. Hotel is completely disgusting, falsely advertises (both pool and size of bed) and has holes in the walls leading to the outside. Lots of bugs in the rooms. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Room floor was dirty and sticky. Tub had no grab bars and slick tub. No shelves around tub to put soap or shampoo. AC unit put out cool air but it felt damp in room. Blower didn’t shut off properly. Breakfast was very limited. Only carbohydrates to eat. We will never return.

The hotel is advertised much better than it is in actuality. Our room was filthy, the bathroom had dried ramen noodles stuck to the countertop, none of the lighting worked and neither did the TV. Multiple exterior light fixtures are busted off and there is NO POOL ON SITE. The pool was clearly removed a long time ago, yet they still advertise as such which is a large reason we booked here. They offer "no refund" after check in, so I was forced to pay in full even though I had to book a hotel elsewhere because my wife wouldn't stay here another night. There was multiple people loitering in the parking lot on all sides of the building, watching your family and belongings, as you walk in to your room. This would be an OK hotel to stay at if you were a blue collar worker traveling however it is far from somewhere you would want to bring your family too. Such a dissapointment and complete waste of money.
