First of all I paid for my room in advance at hotels.com & when I checked in he asked for a credit card for deposit of 100 in case of damages. It was only me staying in the room. Then I asked for late check out & only gave me an extra 20 min. There continental breakfast was horrible and was messy area!!!9

It's an older hotel that has been renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The towels are average, the hot water was inconsistent.

The room was very clean. Bed nicely made. Hotel staff very friendly. The only problem I had was with the temperature of the water in the shower. I couldn't get it regulated. So I took ywo lovely bubble baths!!! We will be staying again.

The bulding and grounds are very old and need a lot of work inside and out and it wasthe worst breakfast I have ever eat in a motel.

Quiet, comfortable, clean room. Very courteous staff. Affordable, accessible to the highway and restaurants. The tabletops were worn down and the hardware supporting the clothes rack was pulling out of the wall. A good value overall

Description on line listed $15 per pet. When we checked in they charged $20 per pet. Went back showing on line fees but would not honor that advertised fee. Ceiling in bathroom falling and limited hot water

The room I was given was trashed and clearly had not been looked at by any attendant. I was given a refund which was expected but Do NOT stay here.

There was a generator and power washer literally right outside the room 4 nights (7-10 pm) in a row. They didn’t do anything about it. There was no consideration, and it was so loud that even having the tv up super loud wouldn’t stop the noise. Obvious water damage. Staff would disappear and if you needed to get a hold of them sometimes you’d have to wait half an hour for anyone to appear.

Staff was friendly. Condition of building is beyond poor. AC barely kept room cool, window dressing was filthy, room was deteriorating with peeling ceiling, peeling wallpaper and patched holes everywhere. Paid way too much money for this 1 star hotel.

I booked this location for a short trip in New Braunfels with my family. I also liked this location since pets were allowed with a $100.00 pet deposit which was listed on the website during booking. Once we arrived I was made aware it would be an extra $40.00 per night for my two dogs and for three nights this hotel was no longer cost effective to stay at compared to the hotels in New Braunfels. I was upset when I was told about the new cost during check in but I have two little kids who were very excited to swim in the pool so we checked in. The pool was green with heavy alge growth and my wife wouldn't even get in. The staff was very nice and helpful and we never complained to anyone there since they did treat us nicely. I'm just aggravated with the hidden pet fee, and overall condition of the pool. We knew this was an older hotel so I'm not going to complain about the room condition which had black mold in the shower be aware since we knew ahead of time the place would be dated. Overall I would not pick this place again due to hidden fee and overall condition. The staff was very nice though.

Room and facility clean but did smell of stale smoke . I made a mistake on my booking, booked for Saturday night and showed up Friday night. They were gracious to accommodate me and cancel the wrong night and for the same rate! Thank you!!!!

The room had a musty smell! The was old! The chair had cigarette holds in them and springs were sticking out! The only thing that was good is that I needed a bed to sleep on! Everything else was no good! Everything needs to be updated!☹️

Undrivable/damaged vehicles parked in the parking lot. Noisy AC that I finally just turned off. And to top it off, roaches crawled up my legs when I sat down in the room.

I was very disappointed that Expedia would recommend this hotel to me and my family when there was an issue with our original hotel. This was not comparable! I paid $108 per room, but the guy ahead of me paid $84. This room was not worth my money. It was a scary room. There were adjoining doors on both sides, yet our keycard would not work. There was a large hole in the wall behind the toilet. I did not feel say at this motel. The hot breakfast was packaged muffins, and all the furniture and fixtures were outdated. Again, i am appalled that Expedia suggested this as an alternate. Please do not suggest to others!
