I’ve stayed at this La Quinta Inn at Downtown Naples before. And let me tell you this, Every time it’s been a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The entire staff there is super friendly, they keep ever part of there Hotel spotless and do what ever it takes to keep there customers happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want a place to enjoy your vacation time or business affairs while in Naples, FL. Please do yourself a favor, and stay at the La Quinta Inn in Downtown Naples. Trust and believe, you won’t regret it. Thank you to the manager for having such a wonderful staff. He definitely leads by example!

There’s a sign stating 100% smoking free. We could smell smoke on the first floor.
Lots of people were taking food out of the breakfast. Some were filling bags with bagels and yoghurts. No one was stopping them. I noticed this in the Miami hotel stay also

There is an annoying noise, like a motor coming from an icemaker? an AC? or else. Difficult to sleep well with that noise

Overall was nice. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The place needs to be updated as a lot of things are obviously older and worn. Was descent place but not 5 stars for sure.

Overall was good, front desk personel was very friendly. The shampoo and conditioner bottle were empty. I stayed 3 nights and on one of the days no one came to clean the room or bring towels. The next day they cleaned the room and brought towels but the shampoo bottles were empty again.

The cable connection wasn’t working so no television. The internet connection was weak and I often loss connection while trying to attend a zoom meeting.

Average hotel with an above average cost. It is not a 1 minute walk from downtown! It is 1 mile from downtown. However, it was easy to get to. Just disappointed that it wasn’t a one minute walk away. That’s the reason I chose it! Thankfully, we brought along our bikes and was able to pass by the backed up traffic.

Great location close to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. Very large room, bed was very comfortable. Nice lobby area and complimentary breakfast was good. Very reasonable for the Naples area.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Desk staff very helpful and friendly. Suite was nice, clean and roomy. Breakfast area attractive and clean. Only thing that was inconvenient was the laundry facilities. It takes $8 worth of quarters to wash and dry one load - that cost seems high and if it's going to be that much should be set up to take cards, because who carries 32 quarters?? Fortunately I had a few and the desk clerk had enough change to complete the process.

The hotel is very tired and in need of a complete face lift.
Elevator dirty, button on the panel broken and covered in dirty tape.
Very noisy a/c unit along with paper thin walls, and a very loud neighbour who kept his tv on until 3am.
Very dissapointed in our choice of hotel. Thinking it was a Wyndham property, we had higher expectations.

The front desk clerk was not pleasant. She seemed to be annoyed for being there. No pleasant greeting and definitely not dressed professionally. The room smelled musty and the tub had yellow stain. The tub’s paint was chipped. The bed was lumpy. It was not a comfortable stay. By the coffee it smelled like a foul bathroom scent.

Excellent service checking in. No central air and old wall unit in 327 that had a loud whine which disturbed sleep repeatedly. When I spoke with assistant manager in the morning she sent up maintenance who said the noise was normal. I have stayed in hotels in Guatemala and Cuba in the last year with wall AC units that did not make noise like this. Because the staff was unwilling to rectify substandard room I will avoid La Quinta in the future

The hotel needs updating. The bathtub was chipped and the drain was broken and moving around. The price for the room was extremely high for the state of the hotel. I would not recommend.

The property and style is dated. The convenience and location from downtown was good. Room was dated and felt like the 1990s. The A/C unit kept us up all night sounding like someone banging on a can all night. We Called front desk and no resolution was given and no Maintenance sent either. The Breakfast in the morning was lacking because of people allowed to occupy the tables who were not paying quest.

Although a reasonable choice, this hotel does not warrant the cost. I reserved a room called "luxury suite", but the room did not even have a real bathroom. The tub and toilet were in a closed room, but the sink was inside the room. There was no recycling bin in the room or anywhere in the hotel. The towels were changed everyday even though there were not supposed to. The breakfast was varied enough but with paper plates and plastic utensils.

We have never been to Naples and wanted to stay somewhere economical but nice and this was it. Nothing fancy but clean, breakfast in the mornings if desired and the staff was super friendly. We were able to walk to downtown 5th ave in about 15 mins. Very easy to walk there and there are also closeby restaurants within walking.

checkin and staff were helpful. breakfast was good. room was adequate, but shower was not very good. water temp and pressure were inconsistent and the shower head was less than average. saturday night there apparently was a wedding party that was loud and most irritating until after 1:00am. hotel is NOT a bloody fraternity house!!
