The hotel is very nice however many of the other guests were very loud. The room next to one was blasting music at 11pm while we were trying to sleep. Additionally, at 1:30am a group of people were shouting and running down the hallways. It all made for a very rough nights sleep.

Shower/Tub was clogged took showers with my feet immersed in dirty water, the guest there were overwhelmingly GHETTO (Not a racist comment because I'm African American).

The hotel was nice and in a good area but the communication with the front desk and the cost of $25 for an early check in as a World if z Hyatt member in addition to other hidden fees was a bit much. Also limited/no room service.

OUR STAY WAS PERFECT EVEN THO IT WOULD'VE BEEN NICE TO KNOW IT WAS THE KIDS VOLLEYBALL CONVENTION IT WAS KIDS RUNNIN ROUND UNATTENDED FOR BUT OTHAN THAT AN IT WAS PERFECT!!! IT WAS CLEAN, THE RESTAURANTS AT THE HOTEL WERE DELICIOUS AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Great location. Close to everything we had planned. Unfortunately there was no parking available and we had to park around the corner. Our room was super hot at night as if the air stopped working. Also we wanted to try twenty-two storys for dinner but upon arrival there were lots of people sitting outside of the entrance so we assumed there was a wait and went to Sway instead. Turns out those people were just hanging out and there was no wait at all which was a bummer because the food at Sway was not pleasing at all.

Excellent accommodations. Extremely friendly staff at every turn. Room was very clean and tidy. Beautiful atrium. The Sway restaurant was very good. Minor complaints: typical high downtown parking rates. Powdered ‘creamer’ in a hotel at this level is inexcusable.

Love Atlanta! My adult kids and I took Marta from the airport. It was around 2pm so it was okay. The hotel was very nice. We shared the Exec Balcony Suite which was very large and very nice. Best part was the top revolving bar and restaurant Polaris where we had drinks and fabulous appetizers. When I was in college we used to stand in the line outside the hotel to get a chance to go up to Polaris. Staff, service, bed, towels; all were very nice. Highly recommend.

Wanted Valet parking since no parking at hotel. Waited long time with multiple miscommunication errors between employees. Employees had us drive down to valet in which they were full and made us go to off resident parking. This parking garage was sketchy and had to walk all of our belongings in rain to hotel. Was not a great way to begin the experience.

During our stay, we were apart of a national 3-Day cheer competition. Sometime in between the second day and third day, we realized that a couple of personal items were missing in our room. An iPhone 5 charger and a pair of custom team cheer pants. The iPhone charger only stayed in the room (we never took it out with us to activities) and the leggings were worn back to the room on Friday night and were never seen again. I know house-keeping came to our room on Saturday (we were in the room) and on Sunday (while we were away) and provided us wash clothes and towels. So we know it happened Sunday while we were away. We looked all around and inside and out of that room for the charger and leggings and they were no where to be found. When I went to check out, I told the desk lady that some items went missing but since it was an extremely busy checkout she said she would look into it and told me to have a nice day. So just be careful when leaving things out in your room. I know these two items might be trivial to some but now I have replace an entire cheer sweatsuit outfit of $150 due to missing pants and a $50 wall charger totalling $200.

Everything was great! Could definitely do without paying so much for parking & the towels being so fuzzy when using them, had to step out of the bathroom to breathe and wipe all of the pieces of towel off of us. Definitely not pleasant , lol.

The room was clean. They didn’t smell fresh. There was a constant food smell coming in the vent system. The linens didn’t smell at all. The bedding was stiff. The pillows were like rocks and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. My daughter and I both didn’t sleep well either night. I did appreciate the valet and their efforts. Some nice gentlemen doing a good job.

This is my 2nd stay here. It’s very close to Americasmart. It’s an all around winner for me. All the workers are kind and helpful. The room is clean, nicely decorated. The hairdryer is a big plus. It is powerful enough to dry my long hair. The bathrooms are well stocked with a nice brand of shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and body lotion. They are large mounted refillable bottles.

We had a great stay. Im very picky and i found this hotel to be clean, modern and in great condition. Rooms are massive. Housekeeping was responsive and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We upgraded to a corner suite because our room didn’t have a view. The suite was nice however it wasn’t equipped with hand soap, drinking glasses or cups in the bar area. The bathroom was very small and tight. The bathroom water faucet didn’t have enough water pressure it just dripped. The breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was pricey and didn’t taste good. But even with this we enjoyed out trip

We stayed at the Hyatt for the Peach bowl. The room was quite small for the $303 price tag. The parking garage was full when we arrived so we had to park in a public parking lot down the street. We had breakfast at the Sway restaurant, while there was multiple choices on the buffet the taste of the food was average. The breakfast buffet was 40 dollars per person. Over priced in my opinion. The service how ever was great. The next day I was charged an additional 50 dollars not really sure why I was charged that amount.

I had a reservation and it was no valet parking so I had to park nearby the hotel, which I don’t mind. I understand it’s first come first serve. As soon as I enter my executive balcony suite, it smelt weird like someone was cooking seafood inside the room. I end up spraying the room vigorously and open the sliding door to air it out but other than that, I like this hotel.

The stay was all around amazing. The only thing that should be better because it is the first thing people come in contact with is the bell cart service and valet. Also, the valet service is definitely not worth $55/night.

Took my girlfriend here for a night stay and it was crazy the parking was horrible took 30 minutes just to pull into the hotel for them to tell us there was no parking personally I think a person who is staying at the hotel should have a parking spot reserved just in case so we had to park at a ghetto parking deck that was extremely unsafe then on top of that the check in line was just as worse was waiting in a long line with my things then when we finally got the key to get into the room it here was no microwave to heat up the food I got nor was there any amenities making me feel like the stay was worth it and beware you hear everything!! I stayed on the 21st floor and there was a door that I’m sure is in every room that is connected to your neighbors if you don’t want privacy this is the place to go you can hear everything that goes on. First and last time I give this hotel my money tried to get my money back after realizing everything and they told me that it was non refundable so even if I didn’t stay there I would have to pay the full price for the room We lived and we learned this will be the last time we stay there and I recommend to save yourself the headache you should look for a better hotel that’s way cheaper than what they are charging You are not gaining anything staying at this hotel You have to pay for everything!!! Not a good place to stay

Great place to stay. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. We were there to go to the Peach Bowl and was able to walk to stadium. Loved that there was a restaurant and bar as well as a coffee shop inside the hotel.
