Location was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing we thought was pretty marginal, was the TV picture / quality. But that was secondary because we didn’t drive down to the new River Gorge just to watch TV!—

The room and bathroom seemed clean. However, the carpet was filthy! The staff was amazing and helped us cancel our second night with no arguments; (we cancelled for health reasons, early end to the vacation.)

Stayed for 3 nights for our whitewater rafting trip. Pretty decent hotel and very convenient location. Free hot breakfast was ok and nice to have. Friendly staff pool was clean.
Awesome onsite restaurant/bar and food there is really good for lunch and dinner. Although does attract many localsA nd can get loud in the late evenings with people outside
