I like the home

The hotel was very dirty and the complimentary breakfast consisted of waffles that you made yourself so syrup and cereal that got crushed while trying to dispense it and then there was no milk.

Construction was happening right beside my window at 8am…

The bathroom was dirty, surfaces were dusty, the place is overall very run down with parking paint and peeling plaster. There was no hair dryer.

Pricing was ok. There was a large crack in the bathroom sink but it did not leak. The tub did not drain well. The bed was moderately comfortable. Everything was neat and clean however.

The WORST hotel ive ever stayed at. First and foremost there's no staff we waited 20 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk. Now to the rooms, its a dump a cesspool of mold and roaches. The bathroom hasnt be renovated ..ever... shower doesn't drain, curtain rod falling off the wall, hallways smell like smoke of all types and no phones in room. And the best part is they know how awful it is that they will give you a refund if you complain within the first 15 min of checking in, but there's no one to complain to! Like literally no one at front desk, they do it on purpose its simply a a horrible place, straight out of a nightmare

Old & with failing infrastructure, this is suitable only if you're stuck u expectedly in the area and need a short o/n place to sleep. Plumbing problematic and baths mildewed. Sheeting & towels threadbare. Staff amateur.

The desk staff was not helpful. The breakfast was late and incomplete once it was finally open. The washing machine did not work. There was a strange chemical smell. Strange costumers coming in an asking for 3 hour rates.

It was awful. The whole hotel states it’s non smoking. Smells like smoke everywhere. Very dirty. Smells awful. Overpriced.

sheets had hair on them when we got there, ask for mew sheets, never received. Slept on top of bedding.

We were thankful the room was clean because not much else was. It had a bad oder and the walls were so thin you could clearly hear the conversations in the room next door. The hot part of breakfast was the waffles and there wasn't much to choose from. The staff nicely did their job but not very friendly.

I checked in, the room was not ready for anyone to stay there. There was rat poop on the floor, walls looked like they were falling apart, no phone, chair, it was disgusting. I would never stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Night crawlers in the parking lot smoking weed. Room smelt like crap, definitely not a smoke free hotel.I was afraid to take my shoes off and walk on the carpet. Didn’t even think about using the covers on the bed. Slept on top of covers, I should of slept in my car

This hotel should not even be in operation. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and this is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in. From the time we walked in, the whole place smelled musty and like marajuana. The carpet was filthy. Our walls had holes in them and stuff smeared on them. I wiped the headboard down with a Clorox wipe and there was lipstick or blood that came off. The comforter was yellow, stained, and had blood stains on it. I went to the front desk to ask for another comforter and their solution was to give me one from another room that was almost as bad. We also felt very unsafe. We parked behind the hotel in the hotel parking after getting back from sleepy hollow and were approached by a man stumbling with an unbuckled belt asking us to let him in the side door. We did not but then when we got to the lobby saw that the front door was wide open and he most likely came in anyway. There was no regard from staff for any kind of concern that this was going on. I also used the gym in the morning and the equipment was filthy. There were no paper towels or cleaner anywhere in site to wipe down the equipment when people were done. The only reason we didn’t get a different hotel after seeing all of this was because literally everything near us was sold out. It was filthy and unsafe and should not even be operating.

Good for a quick stay in the middle of a long drive, otherwise it was very noisy at all times of the night

Smelled like marijuana throughout. No blow dryer in room. Bed and pillows comfortable. Bathtub faucet dripping. Coffee available in the morning, but didn’t taste good. Convenient location.

The hotel area and rooms are very dated. I stay for the price and convenience but it can use an overhaul . I may look for othef options

Total turn off

I stayed for work and I wouldn’t stay again. The first day my key didn’t work twice and I kept having to go down to reset the key. Then the fridge wasn’t working. They swapped it with a different one from another room. That night realized the tvdidnt work. The following day they gave me a replacement remote. Still didn’t work. So they switched my room and then that bathroom toilet flusher was loose and the shower wasn’t really working but at that point I just told them about thit toilet since I was leaving soon. Th hallways and elevator smelled like wet dog. Overall just not a good hotel. Do not recommend. And sad I spent money there

HATED IT

this hotel smells really bad like cigarettes and urine the lobby stink the rooms stink. i tried to spray the room multiple time but its coming through the vents strong cigarette and urine smell. One of the people in our group left swiftly this morning because she found bedbugs in her bed!
