A very nice location, a quiet neighborhood (except for the church across the street, but that’s just part of village life), plenty of parking spots nearby, and a gorgeous view to the mountains. Keys are handed over via a security box, so you can arrive even late in the evening.
The rooms and amenities are new, functional, and practical. Small cooking is no problem (though I would have appreciated lids for all the pots, not just one).
The bed is wide and comfortable, and the pull-out sofa for extra guests is also fine and quite comfortable.
We had a room on the ground floor, with the bedroom opening directly onto a terrace that’s accessible to anyone from the outside, so you can’t sleep with the balcony door open (there’s no air conditioning, so it’s a necessity during the hot summer).
The biggest drawback is the bathroom — separating it from the room with just a sliding door is the craziest idea I’ve seen in a long time. It deserves an “anti-award” for the architect (if there even was one). What’s more, the door is right next to the bed, it can’t be locked, and most importantly, it doesn’t seal properly (there’s a 1–2 cm gap all around it)—so when you’re enjoying a private moment in the toilet, everyone in the room can hear, smell, and experience it right along with you. Great! If only the door were at least on the opposite wall of the bathroom, facing the hallway.

The appartment was nice and clean. We collected keys easily. The appartment had a nice shower, good towels, comfortable beds and a good kitchen with a coffee machine. And the view out the balcony was amasing.
Unfotunately, there was an AC compressor on the wall right next to the appertment (no AC in the appertment). The compressor made substantial noise the whole night switching on and off. If you are not a good sleeper I strongly suggest to avoid.
