The Hotel was beyond our expectations. Clean,clean,clean room,why? When I stay at a hotel the A/C dries my throat and I have to drink water the whole night.In your hotel I slept like a baby,for that my CONGRATULATIONS. The beds were like a cloud, the breakfast was perfect. Definitely I will return. THANK YOU!

We only stayed here one night as we were traveling across the east coast on a history tour. Without GPS the roads around it would have been challenging to navigate to and from but over all it worked out.
The lady at the counter was really nice, we got there late and a few of her staff left early so she was juggling a few different things but she was very accommodating and kind regardless. The hotel was clean and food was good

Such a run down hotel, it's terrible. The carpet was dirty, the towels had holes and hair. Booked it in a hurry seeing the ratings when my flight was delayed and it was not at all good as compared to the ratings.

Property was great I traveled with a family of 4 and very close to the EWR airport. The rooms were small but they were clean and quiet. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and so were the cleaning crew. Breakfast was good, overall we had a great stay.

Hotel is clean. Staff was great at check in. For being so close to airport I was surprised how quiet rooms were. We stayed here prior to taking a cruise from Cape Liberty and I would definitely recommend.

I stayed in a two bed/ 4 guests family room. So, my review is on that. Room was new, clean, and well maintained. Place was quiet. I feel very safe with my kids. Good service. There is a couple of restaurants that you can order and get delivered late night. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. The shuttle driver was very nice too. No cash, only credit card payments. Shuttle runs on time and convenient. Shuttle only goes only to P4 terminal (they are not allowed to go beyond), so you have to go extra hour or so early to go to air line terminals if you have check in luggage. Only self check in at terminals C (other terminals could be same) and you must have a credit card to pay if you have check in bags. Very close to airport and this place (and service) exceeded my expectation. Thanks!

Not the newest hotel but perfect for staying close to airport. Shuttle was great , staff great, free breakfast in the am is all you need before taking off on your way.

The floor in my room was not clean. When I removed my shoes a put on house slippers, I could feel debris crunch under my slipper, see it on the carpet when I turned on the lights.

I had to wait 1/2 hour at 5PM for the shuttle driver to show up at Newark because they adhere to a strict on the hour/half hour schedule. The driver told me I was the 2nd person he had picked up all day. They should change the process to “on-demand” since the hotel is only 10 minutes away.

Did not like elevator poor working condition. I am IHG member and one clerk added it my profile so i can have a 2 pm checkout, but the maid service and front desk interrupted me twice and indicated it was not noted.

I used the Hotel because it is close to the airport, I was traveling with my family and arrived late at night. The beds are very uncomfortable and the room dated. I wouldn't use this hotel for anything else than a spring board to go someplace else. Breakfast had limited choices.
