For the most part it was a great stay. The beds were pretty comfortable. It had a kitchenette. It wasn’t the best kept place, but it wasn’t bad either. One problem we did have was the 2nd day we were there. Our door wasn’t locking. We asked for someone to come. The handyman was sick, and the front desk attendant tried his best. Unfortunately, it didn’t get fixed for the remainder of our stay. There are lots of cameras on the premises. It is very pet friendly. The lighting wasn’t the best.

Not as described. This place is very rundown and smells terrible! Like feet and mold. At check in the clerk was on their phone and rushed me out. The rooms have thin walls too. Hope your neighbor isn’t watching their TV because if they are you’ll hear every word.

CHECKED IN AND A/C WAS SET ON 30 DEGREES ON ONE UNIT & AND 60 DEGREES ON THE OTHER. COULD NOT CHANGE TEMP ON 30 DEGREE ONE, SO I SHUT IT OFF ROOM WAS FREEZING. TV DID NOT WORK NOR DID HOUSE PHONE. HAD TO MAKE 3-4 TRIPS TO FRONT DESK TO GET ACTION. RESULT: REPAIR GUY WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AT 8:30AM. HAD NOT SHOWN UP BY 9:45AM , SO I LEFT. WANTED TO TELL HIM ABOUT SINK FAUCET THAT WAS FALLING OFF AND LOOSE TOILET SEAT & BROKEN A/C. TV FIXED SOME TIME LATER THAT DAY. MOTEL 6 IS GOING DOWN HILL, WON'T STAY AT ONE AGAIN.

They have roaches and the staff are not friendly. The whole stay sucked. The people in the office are rude, I didn’t get any paper work for the room. It’s a shady , roach infested hotel. Take bug spray for the stay

Quiet. Very busy corner in Denton. There was a Kroger 6 minutes away after a U-turn. Clean room. Full fridge. The place is extended stay.

To start, I booked 2 non-smoking rooms, and when I arrived, the rooms were not available. I had to sleep in a smoking room. This all happened despite the fact that the motel called me earlier in the day to confirm, and I was able to figure out that they had the wrong smoking status on my reservation and correct it. Then, when I arrived, it was as if the call had never happened. The room was in somewhat poor condition. The microwave did not work, the phone did not work, there was no alarm clock, some trim pieces were missing on the floor.

Hotel looks nothing like the pics. Outside is ran down with lots of shady people staying here. Look like the hotel for drug users and dealers. Did not feel comfortable or safe. Dog feces everywhere outside and smells of dog pee cause one room has about four dogs that lives there. Watch ladies bring four dogs out back to back from one room to use it outside. The area where she takes the dogs on the parking lot has dog feces everywhere which adds to the bad smell around the hotel

Just. Dont. There were fingernails, blood and what appeared to be bug carcasses in our bed along with questionable "neighbors" that I was very uneasy being near. We didn't even stay 10 minutes.

The property needs attention, but staff is very helpful. Needs skilled maintenance and consistency. The price quoted online (after taxes and fees) was much different than price I paid. Is not good when staff steal or take advantage of because I am from another country. Math is same all over world. Is my money I work hard for, if motel was in better condition, I would not mind pay more. Too bad much too bad

Room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy. Outside areas were dirty and sketchy at best. Customer service was through a tiny window. Several extended stay patrons “made themselves at home” in common areas. Sketchy. Dirty.

They are trying to update the rooms but the external stairs, walkways and grass areas need cleaning up. Also they do not provide shampoos or conditioner in the rooms.

I was not allowed in to use the lobby restroom even though i told the guy it was an emergency. I BEGGED him. I did not make it into my room and ended up peeing myself. If not for that you would have had a perfect rating

What’s put in a smoking room when it said it was a non-smoking room my allergies were all church all the time I was there came home with smoke in my clothes very disappointed in that was not also was not a handicap the way I had described I wanted

I am allergic to pet. Especially, on the bed, there were full of dog hairs both on sheet and blanket. It seemed they didn't clean up bed or didn't wash their sheet.
