A good stay for the price. Friendly desk staff, large rooms, my kids loves the pool. Cleanliness of the room was ok. Corner were a little dusty. The kitchen only had a few utensils and they were dirty. Only stayed one night so it was good for that. If I was there longer and using the kitchen I would have wanted more from it.

Booked room that stated it slept 3. No pullout sofa, we had to rent a cot for $20. Toilet didn’t flush, we had to fix it. Bed was terribly hard, shower curtain was dirty. Front desk woman was rude.

I only slept here, got in at 8:30pm and left at 6am. Check in was easy, except person at front desk had an accent that made it difficult to understand what was being said. Room was clean but definitely outdated. It was nice to have a microwave and mini-fridge. Keurig type coffee maker, but not enough sugar for even one cup of coffee. The bed was okay, I brought my own pillows. It was quiet and I felt safe.

The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever stayed in my life. It was like sleeping on a boxspring, hard as a rock my back hurt two days after I actually left at 3:30 in the morning because I couldn’t take it anymore

We did not end up staying here. Waited 2 hours to check in to our room. When our room was ready, upon entering I noticed that we were given the incorrect room and since the hotel was already fully booked they couldn’t switch us to another room. We were told to go to the other hotel across the parking lot, Holiday Inn, since they had availabilities.

You get what you pay for. Very outdated. We had a room as far away from the main lobby as we could get. Side entrances had no door handle to make access easier. Dog hair all over the beds. Musty carpets. Unsure how the electrical system can be deemed up to date. Lack of working outlets.

We arrived on a Friday night and the a dog was next door that wouldn't shut up. They said we can't say anything to the owners but we can switch your room. Seeing that the tub was all chipped and not the best upkepte we switched. Well this room had wall paper peeling off the walls and ceiling paper around the edges falling down. Staff the second day were very nice. First night not so much. Wouldn't stay again.

I stayed in a King studio this time. Really liked it as it is maybe twice as big as the standard rooms, and not much more in cost then the standards. Staff is always friendly, and rooms are clean. This type of room is roomier which is nice, even if just me and for only one night,

Rates were very cheap…however get what you pay for. Nice lobby. Great Christmas tree. Friendly staff. Swimming pool for families. First room had very bad odor and rundown. Staff changed our room which had Better smell but still very run down. Stained carpet. Cracked tiles, flaking paint. No remote for TV when called front desk they asked us to come down to get replacement. Second remote also didn’t work. They never offered to come to room to replace. The room was very noisy. Next to freeway and guests above us sounded like they were in our room. Ice machines didn’t work so they told us to go to hotel next door. Definitely time for renovation. But easy accessibility and lots of parking.

The woman who checked us in was super nice. Property is a little “tired” and showing age. The room was clean and very serviceable. There was a little sign of water damage on the left side of the bathroom door. Mattress was a bit springy.

Terrible. Worst hotel we have stayed in for many years. Pool and gym were both closed. Every hall smelled. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. No sound proof at all between walls. Loud guests keeping us up all night- we were in town for a swim meet. Luckily kids slept through. There are three hotels next to each other- I just randomly picked this one and it was the worst option. In the morning grounds workers were fighting verbally in the parking lot. Rooms not that clean.

Room was very spacious. Was clean except for the trash from previous customers was still in the rooms. Trash cans were full. Not enough towels/washcloths on night first night. Let front desk know of this next morning and was told everything would be taken care off. Returned that night and trash was taken care of, but still not enough towels/washcloths for everyone in the room. Had to go back down to the front desk and ask for more. When I checked out the next morning after letting clerk know that I was not totally please with my stay. I was told about the shortcomings of the cleaning staff, " it is the start of the cold/flu season and they were short staffed." Not an excuse for not having a room with previous customers, cleaned and restocked properly.

what I was dissatisfied about this particular stay was the uncleanest and smell of the room. The night stand and desk were dirty. you can see the stains from a cup and what looked like dry saliva. Slept with the windows open all night. Reported this to Amanda who was very nice. She offered to see if she had another room. After a long ride and day of activities, we decided to not switch since we were exhausted and leaving early the next day. This doesn't keep me from staying in the future. We've had great experiences in the past.

There are two connected buildings. One building appears to be updated, the other building were we stayed, is in desperate need of an upgrade. The molding and doors were chipped. There were stains on the carpet. However, the bathroom was very clean and the bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. We got in late at night and had no other options.

Staff, excellent. Carpet, dirty (needs to be shampooed). Room always damp, always. Power strip being used for fridge, microwave, AND television! A/C unit worked poorly and the room smelled funky. Despite very accommodating staff, would not recommend or stay here again.
