Very friendly staff. The room was average size, clean, and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a side table. It was well equipped with all the basics including blow dryer and iron. We also received some lavender infused face towels and refillable water bottles. They gave a refillable water station in the tower lobby which is very convenient. The room keys are bracelets which is more convenient than a card. They have an onsite restaurant which was good, The gym features Pelaton equipment and is very well equipped. It also has a pickle ball court. Overall, there is nothing lacking and we really enjoyed our stay!

We liked cleaning the ceiling fan and AC in the bedroom. What I didn't like was that they didn't give us information since the first day we arrived about rentals like umbrellas and beach chairs. I asked, but for us, it was too late; it was time to come back. Another thing that we didn't expect was that the concierge helped us book a dinner cruise and they charged us $138.00 more just for helping us book it.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our fellow Maui families. We stayed in the new Kai Tower, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt brand new and well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning soon!
