Nothing fancy furnishings seem dated but was just here to sleep eat breakfast then gone to Jefferson City Country Club!

The hotel says it is smoke free but we had to switch rooms because the room smelled so badly of cigarettes. (When we tried to change the person checking in acted like they didn’t know how to do that.) The main floor smelled heavily of marijuana. The ceilings of the rooms were cracked and paint was peeling. The bathroom mirror looked like it had not been cleaned and there were stains on the bedding and the couch. The curtains looked like they had some blood stains. Outside the facility there were cigarette butts littering the ground. The kids had fun in the pool but it was the smallest pool I have seen at a hotel and it says it goes to 5 ft but it was less than 4 ft deep. The hot tub looked questionable and we did not go in.

The room was a little outdated. The couch was disgusting. It had stains on it, either blood or wine would be my guess. The tiles in the pool were disgusting. Ice machine on the 4th floor was empty. Had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice and vending machine. I forgot my ice bucket in the room, the guy at the front desk couldn’t give me another one, had to go back up to 4th floor, back to lobby, then back up to 4th floor again. Very inconvenient. We had a room with a king sized bed, pretty sure the couch was a bed too and they gave us 2 towels. I’m a female so I need one for my hair and one for my body. The phone in the room didn’t work. So when you needed something, you had to go all the way down to the lobby. I did give them 2 stars bc it could’ve been worse. The bed and the bathroom seamed clean. The decorative rock in the front of the hotel was filled with cigarette butts. Not kidding, I only knew it was rock bc of the other side. I never saw that many cigarette butts in my entire life. And I’m a smoker.

Everyone who worked at the hotel were super friendly & very helpful.
The bed however was very uncomfortable the mattress was just not very good at all. And the room still had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and if you look up at the celling the smoke detector was covered, There were spots on the edges of the ceiling that were clearly not painted the last time this room was painted, and you could see gross yellow streaks on those spots.

The hotel was clean. The attendants were the rudest i have encountered.
I rented this room for my sister who had just been released from the hospital after giving birth to her baby.
Around 9 00 the baby started fussing. He cried for about 5 minutes. Right after he calmed down. The hotel room phone rang and my sisters 9 year old son answered. He was told to tell his mom that they would call the police and kick her out if the baby didnt stop crying.
That is an awful thing to say to a child.
If it would have been going on for a while, it may be understandable, but that was not the case.
They were also very rude snd unpleasant during check in.

What I liked about this, is that the front desk man was very nice and understanding. Also, he was very cooperative and wasn’t mean.

Entire hotel smelled heavily of weed, smoke in the hallways and permeated into room. Building not updated and overpriced compared to hotels in immediate area.

Paint chipped, carpet stained, drywall in need of repair, hot tub same temperature as pool, limited breakfast tables, cigarette burn marks on toilet and couch. Bed was comfy. However the hotel was only $109 per night.

Although the Inn had attributes a number of items needed repair or replacement and management appeared to not feel the need to execute the necessary steps to accomplish this. Little things like dripping faucets, no decaf at breakfast in the regular machine, only one floor with s working ice maker and vending machines with no product.

I was only there 1 night so didn’t have time for breakfast or recreation but staff was very friendly, it was clean & quiet. Great stay, will be returning!

The pool was ice cold water. Too cold to swim in. There was no sausage or bacon with the breakfast. The maid did not come once to offer clean towels or clean the room. I had to request towels. The manager was pleasant to speak with.

The hotel was dated, stains on the furniture, patched bathtub. The rooms were fairly big, the hotel was quiet and when you could find staff they were friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for maintenance, wish that would have been noted at the time of booking as that was the main feature we were looking for when booking. Always hate it when hotels list amenities on the website and then put up a sign when you get there that says “sorry”.

The pool and hot tub was under maintenance when I asked the front desk rep if that was correct she lied and said it was fixed. Booked a king suite for the in room jetted tub. Per photos the tub looked decently sized. It was a normal size bath tub and the jets were FILTHY. Covered in dirt. Ants all over the bathroom sink even though there was nothing on the counters or in the trash can. The room smelled like stale cigarettes upon arrival. The pillow cases were stained and the carpet was soaked around the tables. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Will not be returning.

Many thing weren’t functioning properly/broken. Two light switch covers were cracked, shower leaked, tv had to be unplugged then plugged back in to work correctly. Also little things like paint needed touched up in hallways and on doors.

Overall, the hotel met our expectations. However, the condition was a bit run down and the room chair was so stained I didn’t want to sit on it. Breakfast isn’t anything to write home about, but was much better than expected. I’d stay here again at the same price point.

Found open safety pins on the floor and edge of bed. There was candy under the bed that I could see without even looking for it. The floor and ceiling were both sagging. You could see the bathroom counter had moved down an inch due to poor construction. I’m honestly worried about the safety of this building since the floor and ceiling were sagging. The outside wall, you could tell the wall has shifted a half inch from the ceiling. Also found pubic hair on the bathroom counter and the bathtub so it doesn’t appear the room was even cleaned. Overall, very disappointing stay and I won’t ever go back.

This hotel was ok but definitely not great. The staff just try to get you out even though it is not checkout time and my key was deactivated before checkout so if you need to make more than one trip to get your stuff to the car good luck and the breakfast was pretty strange looking the gravy was chunky like cottage cheese.

Hot tub wasn’t functional, pool was beyond cold, a/c barely worked in the hotel room, and the worst part the shower drain was so clogged we showered in 4 inches of water. Needs better management and maintenance.

This place is very worn. All the furniture is old and either broken and cheaply repaired or ready for a major update. The shower faucet was coming out of the wall, they slap paint on everything they try to cover up, and the breakfast was sad. You can do a lot better for the same price. I would avoid and look around for something else.

When we walked into the lobby, it felt like it was 80 degrees. When we first traveled down the hall to our room, there was a terrible sulfur smell. When we got into our room, it was 78 degrees, and the A/C unit took all night to cool the room down and the unit noise made it difficult to sleep. When my wife went to use the hairdryer, the base screws came out of the wall. Their were no quality seals on the shampoo or conditioner and they looked like they had been refilled. The breakfast was tiny, with only one waffle maker and 6 people waiting to use it. The microwave was in spanish, so I didn't even know what buttons to press. The eggs were watery.

Inside the room was fine except for the doors had nasty stuff on them.
The most disturbing problem was people sitting in their cars outside and throwing trash all over the parking lot.

indicates an indoor pool - The pool is not heated or heater is off and it is way to cold to swim in.
The Hot Tub - must be set at 70 degrees freezing and we could not enjoy that either. Trying to sleep very thin wall and ceiling, someone running stomping back and forth all night long. NEVER again would I stay here

The only thing I didn’t like was room service was already at our door knocking before check out time so I felt like I was being rushed to leave even though it was not check out time yet.

Really enjoyed my stay the only issue I had was with the bath tub. It was a nice jetted tub but the jets were not clean at all so I couldn’t use it.

It was a nice place to stay being in town for my son’s sporting event. Breakfast was decent and was a quiet stay.

The room was ok, the floor had a lot of cold air while heat was not running. There was a roach that was crawling on the wall. I took a picture of it. Bed was not all that great.

Refrigerator door froze shut - asked for assistance (11-18) 2 hours no help- went to front desk "I forgot- I was working on a school project" - Telling me this while I waited 5 mins for him to look up from his laptop while drinking a Dr Pepper. I pried the door open, chiseled the ice from the freezer which was froze completely over, I defrosted the freezer so I could use it- I dumped the ice and melted it. (2 hours of work) The room was mostly clean- however the Bud Light bottles caps beside the sofa had been there a while. - Staff needs training- No oversight

The room was clean. Even the carpet was clean. I wear socks when I stay in Hotels. The bottom of my brand new socks were totally spotless even after walking all around the room and bathroom. I’m very impressed!
