Wasn’t aware that it will be $100 for meetings there wasn’t helpful friendly about giving us a discount or making arrangements for us to still get the room after we already made payment with a third-party. They still want us to pay $100.

This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. The light constantly flickered. You heared every step anyone took upstairs downstrairs or in the hallway. Random men entered my room in the morning. Housekeeping came well before check out asking me to leave. Really terrible experience. Will never stay again - I would say I'd never sleep again, but I couldnt sleep at all.

Loved the hotel, location was great, room was nice and the restaurant was phenomenal. Only complaint was we couldn’t get the ac to go below 72 and on our final morning the ceiling in the bathroom began leaking into the floor.. else wise we had a great time and loved the hotel!

Overall it was good. Carpets in halls were a bit dirty. They could use a good cleaning. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broke.

In general we were happy however, there were two things we would mention. 1) our room was not cleaned when we took the do not disturb sign off the door. ended up getting towels from the front desk (done very promptly!) 2) Found front desk staff to be very friendly but perhaps a bit undertrained? Otherwise - would stay here again.

Our room has no windows. How can you have a room with no windows. Lobby is great, staff is lovely, but the room is NOTHING like the photos.

We loved staying at this hotel that has been totally refurbished!! Beautiful and comfortable!! The only difficulty was due to the age of the building the floors were very noisy, but still worth the stay

The Old 77 Hotel has a nice ambiance downstairs and the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were great and the bar was nice. However, we stayed in the old section of the hotel. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people in the next room like they were in the room with us. We hardly slept at all while we were there due to the noise. We told the management, but they did not move us. Also, the resort fee is a joke. I used the gym, which was no better than a regular free fitness room in any hotel. We weren’t even told what it covered until we asked the last day. We could have borrowed a bicycle, but there were only two. Apparently, there are deductions on some tours, but we didn’t go on any. It seemed to us that it was merely a way to extract more money. The rooms were clean and the shower worked well, so that was good. The location was great for what we were looking for. I don’t think we’d stay there again, but we would definitely return to the restaurant.

Wonderful hotel and staff! Super cute hotel with awesome art (that is also for sale)! There were a few hiccups with keys not working and a few minor things, however, the staff was exceptionally great at helping us and super friendly each time we needed help. Good area that felt safe and within walking distance of the FQ and several other landmarks. We visit NOLA several times a year, as our son goes to school here. So we have stayed at many and we loved this one! We will definitely stay here again!

Took 10 minutes for someone tp show up to check in. Parking situation wasn’t explained and didn’t write Wifi code down or explain it. Carpets in all hallways insanely stained. Room had a brick wall 1 ft away so no light, but room was cool and clen, hip amd comfy

Just an overnight getaway from the Mississippi gulf coast. Loved the old interior and the artwork. The staff treated us well. The room was large and comfy and we ate at compere lapin which of course was wonderful. Parking was easy and I like the location

We requested ADA room the first one was almost no Window so we had to move very trendy warehouse area. Great access to many different great places and restaurants quiet I will come back again.

I had an interior room - no windows. I felt like I was in a shoebox. The floor was not carpeted, and the wood creaked loudly. There was carpet in the hallway, which a man vacuumed at 11:30 p.m. There were loud male voices in the construction area next to my room at 7 a.m. The room itself was very clean, however. I would definitely not choose an interior room.

The thumping music from across the street was shaking our bed!! Slow check in time and staff that can’t speak above a whisper. Puke in the hallway in the morning. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Great location! Close enough to walk to main areas while being far enough from the noise for when you want to sleep. Our only real gripe was that housekeeping missed cleanup my our room 2/3 days we were there.

This hotel was perfect! This older buildings was nicely renovated and provides so much character and class. The halls to get to our room are a little strange but it became normal after a couple trips back and forth. Due to the location and being on the first floor, there was a decent amount of street noise. The beds are super comfy! I would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was WAY too far from the front desk. The hallway carpeting was dirty and stained. We were unaware of the “resort fee” prior to arrival. We reserved a nonsmoking room, however, the room smelled of smoke and the bedside table had cigarette ashes that needed to be cleaned up when we checked in.

This hotel is nice & had comfortable beds. But the parking is 2 blocks from hotel. Also they charged me an extra $13.87 saying it was a “Resort fee”…there is NO resort no pool no outside space. The restaurant attached has a limited choice of food & expensive

Great location! The bar was great with fantastic service. Room was huge and clean, but the walls were very thin and it was never cleaned in the 3 days there.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk upon our arrival and we waited around 10 minutes and the line was growing behind us but check in was easy once the clerk arrived.
