The hotel is very nice it has an excellent breakfast the pool and spa area is very well kept and the gym as well. The only complaint I have is that the bed is very very soft and the pillows are enormous. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel

Lots of weed smells everywhere. When we walked into lobby, it was like a fish of bowl of weed smoke. The front desk said they smelled it, too, but did little to change the experience. Smelled it on first and third floors and parking lot.

When I got there, there was a line of guests waiting to check in. The front desk concierge was very awesome. She was patient and friendly and made the line move pretty quick. Loved her smile and fun attitude.

We came for the Tucson Gem Show and stayed for 4 nights. Hot waffles and yummy link sausages were a treat to get up early for. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Tucson Airport!

Everything was great. We were even allowed to check in an hour earlier right after my sister-in-law's plan landed at the airport. She was amazed how close the hotel was as we exited the airport. And, even so, our room was very quiet. And an extra perk was having a bar across the street at the Four Points Sheraton, where we have stayed in the past and didn't like as much as this La Quinta. Nice breakfast choices too.

I always stay there when picking up someone at the airport and then I take them down to Mexico for a visit. Never disappointed with any of it. And the jacuzzi is always working, which isn’t usually the case at many places that advertise them, and that’s a major reason I stay somewhere. 😊

I really liked the hotel. The only negative is that the furniture in the breakfast area looked like it had seen better days. But it didn’t bother me.

Staff was excellent, facilities and room were nice, there was some maintenance issues, door wouldn't latch shut, blow drier didn't work, price is high. Diamond in the rough. I can't say enough about the quality of service. Front desk clerks are very professional and attentive.

It’s a beautiful hotel from the outside. The rooms however were funky and old. Like old tile and tub that look dirty and old granny cabinets in bathroom and mini bar area. Very dated! I expected more since the exterior looks so nice.

My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and the airport. If I need a hotel room the next time I travel through Tucson I will stay here

I chose this hotel for proximity to airport and for the shuttle which was supposed to start running at 4am, which was when I needed it. The shuttle didn’t run until 5 so I ended up walking to the airport. Thankfully it was a well lit sidewalk all the way. As an older woman, I usually don’t walk alone at 4 am. The hotel itself was fine. Bed was comfortable. A bit noisy- walls are thin.

The room 404 was so nasty. The bathroom wasn't clean. It was food and candy behind the curtains and under the bed it was absolutely ridiculous.

Having stayed at a La Quinta Inn in Paso Robles CA in the past I had no qualms about making this booking for our two night stay in Tucson. However this hotel ranks as one of the worst we’ve experienced. We checked in somewhat late after an exhausting day of travel. Our initial reaction upon entering the room was good until we turned on more lighting. We noticed some paper debris on the floor and found the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The worst part of the bathroom was the toilet seat which had something smeared on it. I had to use a wet washcloth to clean it before using it. If it hadn’t been for our exhaustion and the late hour we would have demanded another room. The bed was comfortable and we crashed. The next morning we discovered several things on the carpet that confirmed our suspicions that the room hadn’t been vacuumed. Besides some bits of paper on the carpet we noticed several bright red and green fake finger nails discarded on the carpet. The overall condition of our room was bad. The hotel itself needs updating as everything seems to be well beyond its intended life span. It’s a tired property screaming to be updated. Needless to say never again in a La Quinta Inn.

Overall a good stay but it was busy, the parking was crowded and it was loud outside the room.

Overall the stay was good. The room could have been updated, but it was vlean and comfortable. The main issue was the heating unit. The continuous fan mode did not work and when the unit turned on to heat it was very noisy. We had a dog and it was very helpful that our was near an outside door.

Terrible I called the hotel to let them know that I am going to check in late around 1 am after driving 6 hours and when I got there I found out that they canceled my reservation and no more rooms available worst nightmare!

We forgot our coat at the hotel. They did not respond to the messages and only picked up the phone on the fifth attempt. They did not return the coat to us. They say it's not at the hotel. Very noisy heating. Unguarded parking lot. Substantial breakfast.
