The broken glass in the grassy areas, in the parking lot as well. Stench of smoking dope in hall. Air leaks around the heating unit. Next i was expecting hookers around the front desk.

Outdated facility. Needs refreshing

The room does not look like the photos. They are currently in the process of renovating the rooms. They are outdated but the room I was put in had stains in the carpet. Water stains on the wall. I wouldn’t recommend unless they finish renovations. The carpets need to be completely removed, they look horrible. I’ve attached photos

Property could use a deep clean; carpet in hallways is disgusting. Tried to charge me a $30 early checkin fee for checking in at 2:15pm instead of the normal time of 3pm. Towels are not a lot thicker than a paper towel. It’s obvious, the hire staff doesn’t care about the appearance of the property.

It was decent. Front desk was nice. Would stay again if I needed.

Great free breakfasts and service when needed. The carpeting in the hallways and in the rooms was extremely dirty. The hotel was in the beginnings of renovation, so high hopes for the newly renovated hotel.

There is a lot of construction going around this hotel and it feels super unsafe. Although I had no issues they are still going through a renovation process at the moment and the rooms were a bit messy and unkept. I thankfully only stayed two nights due to the Delta hotel being at capacity but would not recommend this hotel to others

This place is undergoing renovation. The hallways were dirty and the staff were pathetic!

For the price it was good. Biggest issue is the carpet looks old and dirty. Lot of construction going on so the place is dirty.

It wasn’t the best

The hotel was under construction, it smelled of weed. Room was not cleaned and everything was super old. Save your money and go to another place.

Hotel was being remodeled during stay, but clean overall. Only problem was an open window when checking in my room. So make sure your windows are closed when staying. Other than that great price, good warm breakfast and friendly staff.

This hotel is remodling now. Dust everywhere. Hopefully they will replace loud air conditioner in room also. Beds comfy enough. I will check first if remodel is done before I come through town again.

The hotel was under rennovation. Second floor was where we were staying. Hallway smelled like wet dogs. Our shower was making a high pitched sound while turned on and our neighbors shower did the same thing the following morning which made for an unwelcome wake up call for us. The last night we were there, a bunch of police cars were at the front entrance.

Older facility that needs upgrades. Carpet needs to be replaced; holds odors that cannot be masked with air fresheners. Also we initially had one set of towels for two people. It took some extended time for housekeeping to bring us an additional set.

My experience with this LaQuinta is not good. As I pulled up to the hotel, a man was being arrested and escorted out of the lobby by local PD for public intoxication. But this isn't why I am giving this a 1 star review. I understand the this LaQuinta is under renovation. But that is not the issue. The issue is generally unsanitary conditions and uncleanliness of the hotel. The hallway had an immediate smell of mold and mildew. The room air-conditioning kicked on so hard at night it wakes you up. But these are not the primary issues. The primary issue was when I stepped out to get coffee the next morning at 7:30 am, there were three piles of dog crap in the hallway just across our room. This is unacceptable. I had book for three nights. I immediately canceled the remaining two nights and went across the street to the Marriott. I do not recommend this LaQuinta if you have a family or are a person of general sanitary conditions or allergic to dogs or the smell of dog crap in the hallway. Highly Un-recommended! Do yourself a favor and spend the few extra $$ and stay at the Marriott across the street if you are in this area.

I know they said they were remolding when I got there but warning ahead of time would have been nice! They definitely need to remodel the hallway carpet was just stained and the bathtub was old looking. We had a breakfast in an old room! Thank you for the cold eggs.

DO NOT BOOK! Hands down the worst hotel we've stayed at in my life! Price is cheap, and it shows. Everything is in terrible shape. It stinks, carpets are filthy. There were even some dealers in the parking lot with two cars that stayed there all night. We should have left immediately.

The building is old and not clean, it’s smells bad

(1) They said they could not process credit card payments when I arrived (at 7:00 pm!). I left to get dinner. They finally let me check in @ 9:30. I was not able to get settled in my room and relax until pushing 10:00om! (7 hours after you should be able) I only had the room for maybe 12 hours. The front desk did not even offer to reduce my bill. (2) I had called hours early to ask for a ground floor room and close to an exit door so that I could get out quickly with my dogs in the morning, to be considerate to neighbors. The clerk said they would. The room I got was far from every door. When I asked about the contradiction, he dismissed it - that that was all that was left when I arrived. Very clear language barrier. Will not stay here again.

The property is going under maintenance/renovation. There are no amenities as mentioned during the time of booking. Washer/dryer, ice machine doesn't works. Floor very dirty. The room sink were clogged n leaking. Terrible experience during my 3 day stay. Does not recommend for anyone

We had an RV with a generator outside our door the whole stay that would buzz and constantly make sound right outside our window. Also our neighbors were banging on people’s doors in the middle of the night.

The rooms at this place should not be more than $60.
