there honestly wasn’t much I liked about this hotel at all. The location was okay, one staff member was helpful

The first room we were put in was filthy, obviously not cleaned between guests. Food inside microwave, stains all over carpet & walls, the carpet was not vacuumed, folded towels were soaking wet, mold & pubic hairs in shower. The first time we contacted the front desk we were told no manager or housekeeping were on duty & nothing could be done until the morning, we were told to just stay in the dirty room. It took two more times going to the desk & complaining to finally get put in a new room. Housekeeping woke us up in the mornings even though do not disturb sign was hung on door. 4 times asking for a manager all weekend and there was never one available to talk too.

The bed is comfortable, and good location

Middle of summer and the pool is closed. For the $$ should have a coffee station in the morning - not just the jenky one in the room. The hotel was all around old and didn’t feel clean. Parking lot was a mess , needs resurfacing. Overall image is not even close to 4 star quality

Ice machine broken. Pool closed. TV remote did not work and it took greater than 24 hours to be fixed. Room was not cleaned by the staff one day. Restaurant is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m.. I arrive at 9:30 and was told I could not be served.

I could hear everything next door tv, coughing, love making, everything could be heard
