Very convenient location. I was actually surprised how impeccably neat and clean the room was after walking through a rather shabby entrance door and the hallway. But the room of course is the more important. Good air conditioning, good shower. Fridge is basic and very small + watch out for the preset T - it was set too low (as for the freezer), which froze all my veggies that I put in it.

The hotel is close to everything. It's a no frills, bare bones hotel, But the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. Several restaurants, coffee places, etc within walking distance. The parking lot enterance has seen better days. Definitely needs to be repaved. The diner next door is great. The food is good and it's well priced. They give a discount for those staying at the hotel if you show your key card. The hotel is older, but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are always clean and you can't beat the location. I have stayed here 3x times in the last year. It's my go to hotel. The price is right, the beds are comfy, room is spacious. I don't need much else. It's quiet and convenient.
