I’m not a negative person. Usually look on the bright side of things … but oh boy. I think this hotel also houses permanent occupants, or so it seemed when walking to the room. The floor was dirty and smelly. We purchased a sachet kind of thing and sprinkled it in our room. The box springs were filthy … god only knows what those stains were.

At least the rooms were pretty clean but of course no cleaning service. TV never worked. Pool completely out of commission and been so for months. hall carpeting very dirty. bathroom door was splintered and broken (Rm 143) Walls paper thin and people talking, arguing late into night. Whiff of marijuana as walked down the hall. Must have been at least 3 dogs on the floor & they all barked. It seems the property has been taken over as low income long term housing or homeless shelter. Won’t be back!!!!

I probably wouldn’t complain, but I paid a little over 600$ And had to clean my own room. I also felt like i was a nuisance to ask for towels. I didn’t like bothering the staff which is not their fault but I feel like they could be a little more friendlier.

The beds were good but the desk was really worn. The bathroom sink was very low for some reason. Strong cleaning smell in room. Also the batteries in our door card key lock needed replacing so we were locked out and got delayed leaving. Lou’s telling in the hallway at 12:45am.

I guess I should have read reviews before I booked. The pictures were definitely not an accurate depiction of this hotel. The smell as soon as you walk in was horrendous. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair on the floor and a moldy shower.

This Motel was very disappointing. There were smears of unknown things on walls and the entire room smelled like an outhouse. We were only able to sleep after shutting the bathroom door and opening a window (in 40 degree weather.) I would have left immediately but our flight got in at midnight and we didn't have a rental to go searching for something else.

The carpet was disgusting it smelled as if someone sprayed mens cologne all over the room. Staff was rude when I checked in @3am then they charged me twice then stated they have 100 dollar deposit and that was NOT stated at all in the booking

If only I could give this zero stars. My daughter and I were traveling alone, had pre booked the room based on prior reviews, maybe they hit it at a good time. We did not! The place reeked of cigarette and/or pot smoke, animals and who knows what else. There was loud talking and door slamming in our hall until after midnight and our toilet would not flush, however, we decided to stay safely locked in the room and not venture out for help with the plumbing. DO NOT STAY HERE, pay extra for a nicer place/area!

We had no issues checking in. But right after we checked in, there was excitement! The next couple got into fight with the employee. Blood drawn and cops, ambulance and fire trucks called!!

The property is not attractive but it is clean and fine for what we needed. Staff were great, the breakfast is a great grab and go. Rooms are clean, but not fancy. I would suggest you get the driveway a better light, very hard to see at night!

Was overcharged $900 because the security hold for 2 rooms I booked came out as the full two room price plus security hold. It's been two days and it still hasn't been returned to me. Rooms were also very overpriced for what you get

We arrived to a room that smelled of urine. The carpet and chairs were stained. The pool was not open and there was no maid service. Literally bare bones service, rude desk staff and literally no services. However the rates were still full. Will never stay at this property again and will counsel other to do same.

The hallways and room smelled. Room 144 - There was no place to hang clothes. The TV remote was taped to keep it from falling apart. The door chain was broken, and in the morning somehow someone entered our room while we were in it, even though we used the deadbolt.

The motel was very dirty from the lobby to the room. There are homeless people living behind the motel where they told us to park. It was very noisy. You can hear your neighbors down the hall and through the walls. There were a lot of shady people loitering around outside. We did not feel safe. The police came to the motel at least once while we were there. We would not recommend this motel at all.

The property is a bit run down. Pool was not opened and the breakfast choices we very limited for dietary restrictions. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. There were cosmetic repairs needed in the bathroom, ie cigarette burns in vanity top, mold stains in the caulking around tub., cracked floor tiles. The staff were wonderful.

Hotel is old and shabby. Charges $225 for a $59 hotel room. Non-smoking Room was damp and smelled like smoke. Room furnishings were scratched and beaten. Signs all about saying things broken including the pool. Should be ashamed of themselves charging these rates for this junk! Last time we will stay at this chain! This is the worst review I have ever given a hotel and room.
