The room was horribly finished, paint splatter everywhere, rotten door frame, exposed wires, missing electrical outlets. It looked like it was under renovation but when we asked they said it was normal. Would highly NOT recommend.

The bedside stand top not secure, no hook in bathroom, tissue box empty. No extra blanket. Front desk personnel very nice!

Lots of deferred maintenance at this hotel. The Lobby is great, but you can tell the business is struggling

Check in was fast and easy. The room was just ok, however TV screen had flashing and rolling bars on all but 2 or 3 channels The only channels that were clear was channels I never watch. The biggest problem was the microwave oven didn't work and I am required to flush my nose at bed time, every day, with medication in distilled water that is warmed to a temperature equivalent or about the same as body temperature.

Doors hard to open and close, no weather stripping around doorframe so when it snowed outside, it was pretty cold inside. The tv only had about 5 channels, and 2 of them you couldn't even watch. Had to get the microwave changed because it didn't work. Not a great experience.

Honestly, the place looks a bit sketchy from the outside. That being said, the inside was clean, the bed was firm but comfortable enough. The furniture is pretty old but it didn’t really matter. Front desk was very nice. Biggest downside might have been their key cards which feels weird to say. I had to get new ones three different times cause mine kept demagnetizing or whatever it is. Since I was on the very far side of the hotel, it was fairly annoying. The price is fantastic though, and by far the cheapest place to stay if you are traveling with a pet. I would definitely stay here again.

We like the restaurant on the property. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It looks like they're upgrading or redoing the rooms so part of the property seems a bit disorganized but it didn't affect our stay.

We were travelling on motorcycles with 4 pieces of luggage plus helmets. We had to move 3 times after getting a room, with a single bed, then one with a malfunctioning bathroom. These two rooms were a fair stair climb to reach and we had to go down 4 times with the keys not working. The next room was down a hallway outside, up two staircases and down past twenty rooms with three loads each of luggage. The wifi did not work so phoned to clarify password but the still didn't work. Back to front desk. Found the wifi was down. Desk clerk could really not have cared less.

The property is scary, sketchy people, collected a security deposit? The will charge you for a pet and put you in a second class room. Definitely a shady business, it's not worth saving a few dollars. Never again.

This is an older hotel that appears to be slowly undergoing renovation. The property is very spacious and nicely landscaped. It is conveniently located right off the freeway with an adjacent shopping center with a Safeway and Starbucks all within walking distance. Nearby are many eating options. The hotel has what smelled like a delicious steakhouse. I did not have time to eat here but it is on my list of places to try next time I'm here. The rooms are older but spacious, very clean and comfortable. It came with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The room was a bit spartan, not decorative, but it had everything required for a comfortable stay. It was quiet and secure. The staff was kind and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again!

Very close to all the fast food places as well as some higher end dining options. Nice pool and green wooded area near it for walking pets. Quick trip to get to hey 19 going north or south to border crossings.

Clean rooms. Not happy the shower didn’t work . I was pretty tired after traveling for hours went to sleep right away. In morning was going to take a shower it was 4 am and the handle was broken and it couldn’t turn on. Not a happy moment. I am traveling in my van camper and it was the reason I got a hotel. The dead bolt didn’t work.
