A lovely hotel with some quirky and fun features. The hotel is very clean and nicely furnished. Ideal if you are visiting Royal Albert Hall or The Natural History/Science museum plus only a five minute walk to South Kensington Tube station. Room had a large TV and air conditioning plus tea and coffee making facilities, with bottles of Harrogate Spring water, biscuits and chocolates which was a nice touch.
We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Lovely hotel with quirky decor. Friendly greeting on arrival, where I was informed I was "guest of the day" so recieved a complimentary upgrade to one of the penthouse suites. Room was luxurious, with a seperate lounge, 2 lavatory, a bath, rainfall shower, and a lovely outside terrace. Room amenities included a nespresso machine, kettle, bottled water, and a good selection of teas. A basket of snacks including biscuits and crisps was also provided. Toileteries were high-end. Breakfast the next day was good - continental, though there were also some hot items available. Staff, again, were friendly and helpful. Easy check-out.
