The hotel was Wonderful. It is in a perfect location, close to everything. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and the room was great. The room had a full kitchen! The next time, I will get a room with the sofa. I will definitely stay at this property again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. From my stays at other hotels in Birmingham I wasn't expecting a lot. For the price and the location this is a great find. The staff was nice. The atmosphere was good. There are different types of people checking in. The area is safe. The hotel feels safe as well. Whenever I'm back in the area this will be my place. If I had to say one thing bad I'd say that it takes too long for the $75 incidental fee to be placed back on your formal payment. I WAS SO PROUD THAT THE HALLS DID NOT SMELL OF WEED!!!!!!!! You can tell that it is an older building but it is well maintained.
