Our one-night stay at La Quinta was a "home-sweet-home" away from home.
The room was clean, the service was very friendly, and the beds were perfect for a good nights sleep.

it was good, just towels and pillowcases were dirty. room key never worked, had to rekey like 8 times and they ran out of all breakfast items especially the juiced no matter what day or time we went. we stayed for four days. it was incredibly close to everything and we loved the pool

Went to Orem, UT for my daughter’s cheer competing. The stay was nice with a continental breakfast each morning consenting of eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat along with a waffle maker. The place was clean. The double queen room was spacious and nicely equipped with fridge and microwave and the A/c was cold. There was an indoor pool and spa on premise that was a nice added touch for R&R. I think the only sub-par experience in particular with my room was that the beds weren’t so comfortable. Other than the staff was very friendly and the turndown service was pretty timely on the daily.

Our room had mold on the windows and was next to a utility room that shook the wall and made a really loud noise that woke us up in middle of the night. It did this off and on the whole time. There was dogs barking late at night and early in the morning. When we went to the pool and hot tub one of the employees came and started dumping chemicals in them while we were sitting in the them and didn’t say one thing to us. They then stuck a hose and left it in the hot tub and disappeared. The hot tub started over flowing all over our shoes and everything by our chairs. My husband had to go find them and they laughed.

Our stay was very nice. The sheets smelled so fresh. The proprietor was so friendly and actually remembered us . We will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here there are a few things that needed to be repaired in our room. Toilet seat was very loose, the ceiling in the bathroom is needing repair. And the bathroom plug in was arking as i went to plug the hair dryer in. It made a spark sound i did not use it, As well as when i turned the light on, will need repair. But the service was great, location was very good, nice breakfast.

Hotel room was in serious need for repairs. Large scratch marks on walls, doors, electrical sockets hanging out of the wall and the room smelled musty and was not very clean. Very thin walls. Hotel staff were very nice though.

There were odd people staying there and a man was smoking weed in the hallway it was pretty late probably around 11 pm and I knew it was weed from the smell and another one on my same floor was literally laying out in the middle of the haul way, super un comfortable when I’m coming back with my kids from a basketball tournament and they are 11 and 8 year old girls, made me feel very un comfortable as a mother

Stayed here two years ago and had a wonderful time. This time the hallways smelled of onion or something, coffee tasted burnt, and the beds smelled like they had been heavily Febreezed which stuck to our clothes and hair and made me feel nauseous. Everything else was fine.

I thought I asked for two queen beds, we got two full sized beds and our family is tall. It was uncomfortable sleeping

The room was very warm upon arrival and when we tried to lower thermostat it didn’t turn down. We eventually unplugged the unit. We opened the window and there was no screen on the window of the 4th floor. Hot tub was in need of a chemical treatment.

There is one particular girl that works at the front desk that is absolutely the best person ever. I wish they could clone her to replace some of the others.

We had a one night stay at the hotel and we would go back to this specific hotel without any hesitation. The bed was very comfortable which resulted in an excellent sleep. This was topped off by the fact that the breakfast provided was very good.

We got off to a rough start. We had booked and already paid for two rooms through hotels.com and when we went to check in, the hotel only had us down for one room. We had hoped to check in early so we could go to dinner with family we hadn’t seen in a long time before my son’s basketball game. Because of the reservation mix up, I ended up spending 2 1/2 hours trying to get things sorted out between the hotel staff and hotels.com. We missed dinner and I missed the first part of my son’s basketball game. I appreciated the lady helping me at the front desk. She was making every effort in her power to try and help us out by talking with her manager and the hotels.com customer service representatives. She could only do so much, but remained upbeat and positive through the whole experience while also helping other customers. I really appreciate the effort on both sides trying to rectify the situation. I just feel like there should be better protocols in place to be able to handle this kind of situation if it ever were to come up again.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great , but short , experience. We always find La Quinta to be a quality place to spend an evening.

Very disappointed in the service. There wasn't a blow dryer in the room. I had to go downstairs to front desk to get one as directed by the front desk person. When I got there she said she wasn't able to locate one. What about the rooms that weren't rented? Why wouldn't she get one from one of the other rooms? This made us late for a funeral due to her inability to help us. So disappointing!

The hotel is very loud meaning you can hear everything & everyone that is in the hallway and the rooms next to you as if they’re in the room with you. Housekeeping started knocking on the door 3 hours before check out even with the do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast area was very dirty. All the tables were messy from previous guests & the buffet area counters were covered in spilled food & crumbs. The check-in & check-out service was just ok but not great compared to other hotels. Overall, this particular LaQuinta will not be my first choice in the future.

Toilet was not working and made a loud sputtering sound all night. Wall heater was loud, would not let us sleep. Chipped paint on walls. Breakfast was good.

I was incredibly disappointed upon arrival. I had booked my rooms through a third party vendor and the hotel could only find one of my rooms. Even though I had my receipt in my email they would not honor the original price. The front receptionist claimed she was new and didn’t know how to help us and the manager on duty, Gage, was less than impressive and didn’t seem to care at all that we were upset. He was more concerned about his phone call and made us wait. Luckily a new employee, Chandler, showed up and was able to correct the mistake. I won’t stay at a La Quinta Inn again if I have the choice.

It was under construction and the room was so freshly painted one could not breathe. We got transferred to another room with slightly less paint smell. Very dirty tubs and toilets.

The facility accommodation for weather delay is the most remarkable. This hotel gets 4.5 stars overall- pleasant staff. Cleanliness is good however noted that under the bathroom sink cabinet had NOT been swept/ mopped prior to our arrival. See photo.

Our suite could use some love! Dirty fabric on furniture and the place needs paint! The bed was ridiculously comfortable.

Cleanliness and breakfast were fantastic. The mattress was awful. Had a dip in the center that made my spine hurt. I flipped all the bedding around and slept with my head at the foot of the bed. That helped because the divot was more at my feet.

I arrived after a long 11 hour drive. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. After getting to my room and wanting to just wash my face the hand towel and face cloth were stained. One with a drop of what looked like blood and the other makeup. Not sure if they were washed or not. But why leave stained towels anyway! Next, the heater would not shut off even though I had it on auto. I was up at least 3 times throughout the night to shut it off. Then, as I was getting ready to leave, I was straightening the bed covers and I found a wadded up string of black hair in the sheets ( I have short grey hair). I have stayed several times at this same hotel for many years. I cannot tell you how disgusted and disappointed I was.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Part of our room outlets stopped working throughout the night so the next day we were moved to another room. Staff said it was clean and ready so we moved over. After moving over our kids and all our stuff, we noticed animal fur everywhere. We are allergic to animals and didn’t sleep well. There were no other rooms available and we didn’t want to hassle the staff again. We just made due and won’t be staying at this facility again.

The lady at the front desk was rude, snappy and short when I went to check in. She acted annoyed that she had to come to the desk to help me. I had called the night before my reservation for an early check in at 130pm, I was told it was noted on my reservation. I showed up around 145pm to check in, one of the cleaning staff had to yell for her to come to the front desk. She came out and said to come back later because she had no rooms. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything. I came back an hour later and told her that I should have an early check in, she rolled her eyes and said that she was checking me in early and that was doing me a favor (at this time it was 245-250 pm) I gave her my ID and my credit card, she pushed the paperwork at me to fill out, I had missed two spots where I needed to initial, she shoved the paper back at me and told me to finish it. I finished filling it out, took my room key and hurried out of the lobby. I didn't feel welcomed and I'm hesitant to ask the front desk for anything.

We had a good night’s sleep, but were woken at 6:00 up by the alarm clock housekeeping forgot to reset. Not fun!

We did not like the bath tub, it really need to be fixed up, and the flushing toilets were extremley loud
