I was very pleased with the breakfast selections.

Was perfect for a one night stay for my daughter’s field hockey tournament. Included breakfast was great and easy. Pool was clean and perfect for my son. Over all great for the price!

Staff was really friendly. Hotel is nice. I live locally and just needed to get out of the house for a couple of days. Lots of places to eat in the area including right next-door. Typical hotel breakfast was fine and a nice benefit. There was a medical emergency in the hotel when I was there and the staff handled it all very discreetly and professionally.

Went to visit family (who live right down the street), could not have asked for a more comfortable, enjoyable and accommodating experience!

Great attention to detail at this property. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. It was refreshing to stay somewhere where management and employees were paying attention and doing their jobs to provide a clean and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Building is a little old but their maintenance is good. Breakfast was good. Staff was perfect. Tens across the board.

I always like to use a hotel's gym. This seat on the weight bench was completely unattached to the bench and appeared to have been that way for some time. Unless you want to be on a bike or a treadmill in this minimal gym, free weights are the only other worthwhile option and this unsafe condition rendered the gym useless to me. One of the 30 lb dumbbells was also missing- there was only one and should have been two.

Property was well kept, Staff was pleasant. Easy, Efficient check in. Conveniently located near highway and shopping.

much like a motel 6 or travelodge in age and cleanliness :-( By far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Maid service every 5 days IF you are lucky. Hallway carpet is filthy. Rooms ok. Laundry excellent. Food good. Parking OK. Friendly staff. I think the manager hides in an office somewhere in another location and when he comes around I really don’t think he actually inspects anything because it’s really dirty.

My stay was very good. The only problem I had was that the keys for the door were not working. The front office person had to help on the first day. The problem continued for another day and one key was replaced. However, it did not work. It was one of the guys who worked there who got me 2 new keys which finally worked. The green light just did not go on for the first set of keys. It was frustrating.that I had to continually ask for help each time I went out and came back

Clean and friendly staff, could use a bigger TV

upon arrival, we noted that the property looked rundown & shabby, particularly the carpeting. on this same trip, we stayed in 2 other holiday inn expresses, which confirmed the perception that this property needed to be updated. we did not realize that housekeeping came only when requested. on friday night, we requested housekeeping. we returned to the room saturday evening, and realized that the room had not been cleaned. we repeated our front desk visit saturday p.m, and requested more emphatically. the pleasant woman at the front desk showed us where she had noted the first request and write the 2nd in sharpie. when we returned to our room once again on sunday, the room had still not been cleaned. i told the front desk that we needed trash bags for the overflowing trashcans and the used linens, as well as fresh linens, which were provided. the front desk person said she was writing up an extensive note about our complaints. when we checked out mon. a.m., i reminded the front desk person about our extreme dissatisfaction, and her reply was that the manager had not yet come in. the stay was an unpleasant experience all round, the irony being that this motel had been recommended since the other in the area had "run down."

This is a great practical hotel. Nice and clean, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms. A great value. Anything cheaper in cost is likely to be delapidated/noisy/dangerous; anything greater in cost not worth it.

Everything was clean, the help was friendly, the room was quiet and everything worked without problems. I can't complain about anything.

Staff was great and friendly

The place was very clean and the staff helpful. I stayed there because of the pool, which was great to use. I got locked out of my room the first day. The door handle broke and had to be replaced.

Water pressure was phenomenal. Frankie B's tavern next door was phenomenal. Breakfast was a pass. It could use an update - carpet and no usb ports but overall very pleased.

Easy off the highway location. Quiet at night. Several of us had problems with room keys not working or they stopped working. Breakfast was decent, just wished there was more when things ran out.

The front desk staff was lovely. At check-in I dropped my glasses and didn't notice. I received a phone call moments after arriving in my room letting me know. The restaurant next door had great food and service. The gym was the best I've seen in an Express hotel in a long time and was open 24 hours which was perfect for our late arrival. For the price, I was very pleased with the service.

Everything was perfect

Service was great but upon checkin to room late at night we noticed a dirty bath town by the bed. We were very tired from a long drive otherwise we would have asked for a new room.

I left a tote bag full of medications and supplements. I got a call from Wendy at the front desk to inform me. She offered to bring the bag to UPS and at my request overnight it. She called and texted several times to check on the status. She went above and beyond. Thank you Wendy!

Nice stay

We were treated poorly by night staff the baldhead man was mean to us and the kids we decided to leave instead of spending the night there swimming pool was dirty n smelled weird n we all had weird rashes on our bodies would never recommend this place to anyone terrible place waste of money
