The parking lot in the rear of the hotel had a burned out light so it was completely dark. That area is where the dog relief area was…so unsafe! The back door was also out of order so you had to prop it in order to get back in and there was a broken window opening up to the parking lot. There was a door also in the front area of the hotel also out of order. So unsafe. Other guests were smoking in the hallway and ignored noise rules, requiring us to call the front desk for help with noise at 11pm and a blaring tv at 3am. We could see that upgrades were happening…but it was so difficult to relax and trust the hotel.

The rooms we had reserved were very dirty ( hair in the bed, toilet was plugged, refrigerator was dirty and didn't work)! The man at the desk felt very bad and offered us new rooms. We really appreciated his attitude and took him up on the offer! The new rooms were dirty also. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies to clean before night! We don't plan to stay there again.

Never stayed at a “Quality” Inn before. We won’t again. Staff were great. Hotel was old. Door handles removed off the exterior of building on sides and back. We could use keycard to unlock but no handle to get in so we would have to walk all the way around building to get in. Thermostats in room was either hot or cold. No fan mode. TV had a max volume at 50% so we couldn’t hear it. We used captions and we are young with good hearing. “Free” breakfast room was so small and packed with very limited food.

Every thing was clean. The breakfast however was poor. The eggs tasted like cardboard and the rest was poor selection. When my room's shower and bath did not work, not discovered until the day I was leaving, all I was offered was to move to a different room for a few hours until I checked out. Then I had to get in touch with Expedia to get a refund or compensation. Will not stay at this place again

I booked a queen bed room, and there’s no way this bed is anything more than a full sized. There was literal dirt on my husbands pillow, it looks like someone left a puddle of pee in our shower, and on top of that when we checked in the person at the counter made a comment about how Indian names are hard to spell. We’re not Indian. There was no reason to say that.

Booked a king suite & was horrible experience. For those with families this is a worst n drfinitely not a good hotel to stay
We got room which had sofa bed. Upon opening sofa bed we noticed trash like pizza pieces left over down below it. Someone had forgot their jacket n it was lying around sitting there.
When i contacted front desk n manager on duty, she denied helping out . Being 11pm she said we cannot run vaccum as it would disturb others. She didnt had another room for me.
Theres no room service. If you need anything you go to front desk. Manager on duty is a teenager type girl who simply doesnt know how to handle customers. Half of time she isnt there on front desk.
Horrible hotel. Avoid it.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t made up when we entered it. I went to the front a desk and it was very v busy with other guests checking in. I was able to get her attention and she exchanged the rooms right away but it was not the king size we had ordered

When we go to our room we checked the bed and it was not clean. There was glitter and gems in the bed and other things. They changed us to another room that was cleaner but nothing worked. The fridge, TV, Microwave, clock and coffee pot would not work even pluged in. Honestly we were only staying one night just to sleep but still annoying.

We had such a great stay. The staff were all the friendliest and most helpful we had ever experienced. Going the extra mile in every way. They were so kind!!

It was ok. The lady checking us in was very nice and informative. Hotel it self was kind of outdated. Garbage was overflowing everywhere and it was not sound proof at all! Could hear anything and everything. Breakfast was a let down. Went to get breakfast more than once and the line was out the door so we finally gave up and went to breakfast even though it was included in our package. Room was fine just outdated.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we were not able to check in till 5pm due to the room not being ready. Once we were able to check in, the door was open when we got to the room, the shower was not clean and the comforter had yellow stains?? on it.

It was so so. The quality was not so satisfying compared to how much we paid for. Right next to a bible in the night stand drawer, we found a random unopened can of a beer. Furthermore, we didn't get hot water for the shower in the next morning. There was no comb either. We've never seen a hotel/inn that doesn't have a comb... The staffs were super friendly and helpful though.

I like the room there were clean I didn't like the service she was very rude the receptionist from that night who took over. Knocking at my door and almost yelling at my kid's. Suggesting that they were by themselves. When his dad was there.
I reserved on online and results they cancel my reservation 1the same day I had to check in and charge me 20 dollars more to able to get suit ridiculous.

Clean rooom, comfortable bed. Good breakfast, but at 8am they were out of eggs. There was nobody on the front desk for checkout. Overall was good for the price.

Trish was great. There was a minor hiccup upon arrival but she got it fixed and all was well. We stop here about twice a year and have yet to have any major issues. Its a great place to stay we give it 5 stars

One of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in. The sheets were not change there was Human feces on the sheets. I informed management about it they said they'd upgrade me to a better room. Wasn't better it was identical except id was a handicap room. The sheets were not changed in this one either...dirty hand prints and hair. We changed them ourselves as we were tired. The management said tjere was nothing they could do further because we booked on hotels.com. hotels.com said they could only give me $25 rewards bucks because hotel didnt offer to lower price. I am extremely disappointed in hotels.com for the way they handled the issue and Quality inn in Wenatchee wa. Is nasty i wouldn't recommend to anyone

When we arrived, there was an issue with the room we were assigned when we booked being either double-booked or accidentally double-assigned or something like that. We got the room we booked, double-bed, and whoever else booked the same thing got assigned a single-bed.
In the bathroom we found a big wad of hair on the side of the toilet.
But overall, a fantastic value for the area, good breakfast that was extremely popular and packed. Would stay here again.
