I stayed for 5 nights. Good location and good for the money. Microwave only works for 2 min before shutting off. Told them at check out.

front desk not friendly. no breakfast (web-site states free breakfast). bathroom shower fixtures all loose and hanging. mold & mildew around loose shower walls. toilet loose and shaking. noisy - doors slamming during the night. bathroom amenities - no tissues, 1 little bar of soap, 1/2 roll of toilet paper. very disappointing stay - close to family.

3/2/24 First, on line says Check in at 2:00. Sign at desk says 3:00. After a slow check in process. Got room 115. Upon entering the room, the heater/AC unit was squeaking like crazy, speed changes to it made no difference. I can not sleep with that noise. Asked for new room. Got 206. Smoke detector was torn out (was either in this room or the first room, can't remember which, I immediately reported it to front desk). Hair dryer had many old long hairs sticking out of its intake vent. Toilet was wobbly, sink faucet was loose. Pillows were so flat they were useless. Had asked for 2 more pillows at check in, never got them. Couldn't use shower, when we tried to lift the pull device it would not pull up, was like it was rusted in place. TV remote button info was worn off. I hesitated to stay here because of various Bed Bug reports and numerous bad reviews, but had no choice at the point I booked. Never again. Will make the drive home rather than staying here. The positives: It was quiet, and we got lucky with no bug bites in our room (I brought large plastic bags to keep our luggage in). When I told the guy at checkout about all the room problems, no discount was offered. I didn't argue it, didn't bother with their crummy breakfast, I just wanted to go home and shower. Maids should be checking this stuff and giving a report to management, if they did, management obviously doesn't care, probably have a built in survivable income with the big salmon fishing season in the area.

Room was very clean. Only complaint was that there was only two very small pillows on the bed. Wish there were more pillows for use.

The hotel description on the website is misleading; it claims to provide breakfast, but in reality, the hotel does not offer it. I booked the hotel specifically for breakfast, and had I known, I would have booked a nearby hotel that is much cheaper without breakfast. We have to check out early and search for breakfast shops before starting our journey. I should have called the hotel before checking in. I have used hotels.com to book hotel so many times, but not anymore. :-(

Housekeeping never came to our room… No one was ever at the desk…. We left early ( on Sunday) as there wasn’t even a clean towel to be had….
I asked about shortening our stay, because we came up to go fishing but the weather was going to be horrible horrible for later part of stay…. I was told to contact Expedia… which I did…. Expedia told me because we paid at the hotel we’d have to talk to hotel…. For two days tried finding anyone who worked at hotel to no avail.
Would never recommend staying here again….

The room was big. That's the good; on the down side: Not as clean as expected, tv small in conparision to the size of the room, not any body wash or conditioner in the bathroom, not even any powder creamer for the coffee. And a big one was there was no Bible anywhere to be found!!!!!
Found that just not right and odd. Wouldn't stay there again.

I've stayed here at least several times and consider it a decent place. The service has been very good. Wish they had complimentary breakfast.

We could not get my cards to work so I paid cash. I had breakfast at Burger King, about one block away, which was fine. The parking lot was newly paved and painted.

Front desk person did not know how to communicate with deaf person as she refused to write down what she said to me. I have to get my daughter to interpret what she said to me. Also she questioned my sixteen year old daughter’s age as she did not believe that she is a child.

Oh the room has something the outside can see in the door areas. Please clean the room airconditioning so other things inside.

Filthy hotel from the carpets at the back entrance not being vacuumed to the very dirty dimly lit room, and hair infested bathroom. Someones towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door and their was obvious unwashed soiled spots on the top bed cover.

Small, cramped room, horrible mattress, no housekeeping at all, desk clerks seemed reluctant to provide any additional towels, soap, etc. for a give day stay, Generally rundown, especially for the price in an economically disadvantage area. Will look elsewhere when visiting relatives in the area in the future.

On the outside, the hotel looks fine. We walked into the lobby and it smelled of pot. The person behind the counter told me that there would be a charge for smoking inside the hotel (I don't smoke), and laughed as apparently she just finished smoking something (I'm guessing it was her). Even with a reservation, it took 10 minutes to check in as she struggled with finding us a room and couldn't process my credit card, took her a few times. Later we saw her sleeping in the chair when we walked by. Our room was dirty - mold in bathroom, hair in tub, faucet about to come off of the sink, dirty vents. The heater was very loud when it ran. I positively would look for other places to stay.

They didn't make up the room and we had to ask twice to get fresh towels.

We were booked for 3 nights Labor Fay weekend. Had to cancel our third night after check in. Gave more than 24 hours notice direct to manager. Said no problem. Will not be charged for thrid night. Got charged. Called multiple times. No return call from mgr.. Told the following weekend when we went there again that refund issued and would have in 24-48 hrs. Its 20 days later. No refund.
Bad communication. Bad business. Really stinks that they treat guests like this. We would of stayed there approx 10 times a year in the future....

was very run down, everything was "out of order". We went to the room and started looking for a different hotel. Went to check out 15 min. Later a were refused even a partial refund. Will be calling corporate tomorrow ...also no elevator and very rude staff
