Such a charming and beautiful lodge! We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of activities onsite and some great food too! Highly recommend! Anya, at the front desk was super helpful and kind, too!

We really enjoy our stay!! The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the staff was great. We would highly recommend stay here and want to go back.
Our waiter Ryan was the only disappointment, but the food was a 10 out of 10, excellent!!

The lodge is idyllic, the staff is excellent, and the grounds are immaculate. The resort is run with Austrian efficiency - so be on time for tours! Great hiking trails and abundant wildlife - we saw a Black Bear! Dining is very Austrian-themed - limited choices for vegetarians - and pricey, even for Stowe. The classic mountain lodge combined with the von Trapp legend make for a memorable vacation.

The hotel and grounds are peaceful and beautiful. The rooms are clean and adequate. The views from the rooms really feel like you’re in Europe. Make sure to bring a bathing suit, because the pool is fantastic. It’s lovely to take a hike in the morning and see the Highland cows (which we didn’t need to join the fully-booked group tour to see).
