It's clear that this hotel has minimal staff. The two employees checking in were also doing laundry service. The staff that were there were friendly and professional, but I'm willing to bet they feel over-worked and underappreciated. I did not see any cleaning staff at all and the stairways and hallways reflect the lack of cleaning staff. The carpets and walls were all dirty. It explains the inexpensive rates for the hotel. Also, we had to ask for linens for the sofa-bed in our room because the only employees on-site were checking in and doing laundry service so they obviously did not have the time to stock the linens in the room. In addition, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the third floor hallway, at least in the area where my room was located. It did not creep into my room, for which I was thankful, but it was very heavy right outside my door.

The hotel was dirty. The staff was clueless. Their were no linens for the pullout bed. Their were no paper towels, no plates and no silverware. As a person who has stayed at hundreds of hotels. This was by far my worst experience. Will never stay at Extended Stay America again.

There was no stay!!!! There was no one there to check you in, and then sat on the phone for over and hour to be relocated and waS REFUSED a relocation. Your company is a joke and I will never do business with it again, and can’t even be processed a refund without them contacting the POS hotel because they refuse to answer the phone because they have no staff!!!

They are doing construction so it’s loud you can’t sleep because they are hammering drilling and sawing in the morning. There were dead mice in the parking lot and the beds were horrible as well as the pillows the hallways and rooms stink. And someone (a construction worker) just walked in the room while we were in there

I’ve stayed at this location more than once, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The rooms are very clean and quiet - you can’t hear anything from the rooms next to you. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this Extended Stay location.

Our sheets were stained with blood. They changed them no problems. The stove top was full of grease moresels and the fridge door was stained. Luckily we stayed only 1 night and didnt have to cook/eat there. For breakfast they only serve blueberry muffins (no butter) and dry granola bars. Wouldn't call this a continental breakfast at all.

Toilet not cleaned .. no pillow cases … roaches on the pull out sofa .. due to issues with the computer .. it took 3 hours to check in .. Nothing in the room . No glasses no coffee no eating utensil's ..

It was advertised they had a pool on site. They did not. They also advertise continental breakfast and all that was offered was dirty water colored coffee. We paid a bit for this hotel and was very upset.

Rogue hairs in bathroom when we checked in. No pillows for other bed.2 Police cars in front parking lot, no info given to guests. Bathroom door broken, unable to close completely. Non smoking room smelled of smoke.

This place is disgusting. The “clean” sheets and towels still had multiple strands of hair in them. When we asked for replacements, we were told there wasn’t anymore clean laundry that day, so we ended up going to buy our own towels and sheets. The bathroom sink and countertop were not clean, the floor had not been swept, and the place stinks. We booked a room with two queen beds which were way smaller than a queen bed. When we asked about that, the guy at the front desk said they’re “queen” beds are a little smaller than standard! They were basically two full size beds which did not comfortably sleep two people in a bed. I will never stay at this place again or recommend anyone stay there. The only positive thing I can say is the staff wasn’t rude.

I would not recommend this hotel due to its level of cleanliness. Our room smelled, the floor had dirt and crumbs of things left from previous customers, the kitchen had unwashed food on the side refrigerator, the bath towels had long dark hairs left on them, the bedding could be updated, and the hotel in general in could be updated. The continental breakfast consisted of granola bars that were squished/flattened like a pancake, oatmeal packets, and coffee/hot chocolate. I would add that the hallways smelled like someone was smoking something other than cigarettes even though it was a smoke free hotel.

Quick, easy check in. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try their breakfast since we had to leave early. No elevator so we had to walk up one flight of stairs.

This place was just okay. I would rate it 6 out of 10 not 8. I had to pay a deposit with tax . A deposit is usually a hold of 50 dollars that drops off when I check out but this was a charge that was processed and I am waiting to be refunded. I will not offer my business to this place again.

The room was old and cheap looking. My ironing board was broken and not useable. The room smelled of burnt something and it never really went away. My main concern were the men that drank large amounts of beer outside at the door I used to get in and out. I don’t understand why they picked that area but having to walk a dog several times was not comfortable especially the longer they were there drinking.

A dump. Changed rooms 3 times, all were dirty and smelled (one of smoke, two strongly of food). Garbage and grime in the hallways & stairs. Feels like being in a college dorm after lots of parties. AVOID!

No coffee maker in room. Very limited breakfast. No vending machines. $50 refundable deposit required to make sure we didn't trash the room. This deposit was in addition to a $25 pet fee. Higher priced than most other hotels. A terrible value for the money.

My Expedia reservation was for one night, 05/24, at $79.69; the manager was very abrasive when I arrived and added an refundable incidental fee. When I checked my credit card statement it showed that they charged my card $141.28. This was not the fee listed on my expedia reservation. I can't reach the hotel property.

My main issue was that our reservation was downgraded from 2 queen beds to 1 queen and a crappy sofa bed. And all the clerk could say was 'Orbitz overbooked, nothing we can do.' And when I asked for a reduced rate, 'You booked online, nothing we can do.' Probably we will not be staying at ESA any more.

The staff here was wonderful from checkin to breakfast to checkout. We were offered anything we might need. All of the staff were really nice and accommodating. I have rarely seen someone who cleaned all thoroughly than Mary. She was following all the covid protocol and beyond. The bed was uncomfortable and seemed rather small. The foldout couch was as expected. The room was clean.

This was my second stay at this location. I thoroughly enjoyed it last July when my son and I stayed several days, so when I planned my next few trips, I chose this location. Staff was friendly, our room was clean, it was (mostly) quiet as hotels go. And the location was superb...right between the places we had plans to go. I'll be back in June!

Desk staff was very helpful in getting us into a room fast (even "upgraded to suite" to get us to room faster). However, the rooms need a lot of updating. Fine for a one night stay but definitely need a refresh. Also the soap provided was terrible. And the "grab and go" breakfast was literally just packaged muffin or granola bar and coffee. Would have been nice to have a water and fruit option.
