Do not ask me to give a review again unless you wasn't to pay me for it

It was okay there was graffiti on our lamps and didn’t seem as clean. We found a couple stains on our bedding. There was a door to the neighboring room that was paper thin we could hear everything going on next door. A lot of homeless people around the area and was worried my car would get broken into so i would go out every couple hours to check it. Our bedroom door had two locks and one of them wouldn’t even lock. We only got two towels and they were also paper thin. It was okay just a little scary staying the night there. Lots of issues in the room looked Diy instead of professionally done. Our curtains wouldn’t shut all the way and so the wrap around red lights at the top of the building would shine directly in our room. I read online that alot of people didn’t get their security deposits back. Heads up we paid cash for our security deposit and we thankfully got it back next day! SO PAY CASH!!! No food provided there is not a courtesy breakfast like it says online so be prepared for that they will ask you to go to a neighboring cafe! For the price it was alright but not a super great stay.

Average property. Rate is good but I had cockroaches in my room. Mine was on ground floor and roof is thin so getting quite a bit of noise from room above me. No iron in the room as well.

The property looks decent from the outside. The issue I noticed was that there were homelss individuals that were hanging out in the areas leading to the room I was given and made my wife feel a little uneasy and possible unsafe. The room I chose online was a king bed, but after I checked in and went to my room I discovered I was given a double queen bed room that was a smoking allowed room as well. I called the front desk and requested a change of room and they said they didn't have any rooms available, but later wittnessed them issuing rooms to other individuals throughout the night. The room was nothing near the description I seen online. The room smelled really badly from previous guests smoking in there. The bedding including the comforter and sheets on both beds had cigarette burn holes throughout the entire bedding. There was a small lotion bottle near the sink that was a free amenity from the motel for use, but noticed it had been previously opened and used which indicated to me that they don't check these items when cleaning rooms to ensure there are no cross contamination from other guests previous. I was worried that maybe the bedding had not been changed out as well, so I chose to sleep on top of the bedding. The room served the purpose for having somewhere to sleep over night to avoid driving 60 miles home in the late hours. It was an inexpensive room, but I feel I would have been better off spending a little more elswhere to get a more clean experience.

There was roaches and when I first got there and had already paid they made me wait 30 minutes for my key while they were arguing with a customer.

The two older male workers on nights and weekends are extremely rude. They told a family of 4 to share 2 towels when I said no they threw a fit until they finally gave us 2 more. When asked for toilet paper 2 days into our stay they told us to go find the housekeeper when we couldn't find her they gave us issues for having to give us a roll.

I love my room ,The staff is wonderful . The only things I can complain abiut is the room that bangs loud music all nigbt long next to me . I WORK 6 days a week and need my sleep . I lay in bed all night gossing and turning to loud bass .

The staff actually cared to help with anything I needed and were very kind and understanding with some personal issues I was working through. I would like to stay there again when things are less stressful in my life...I highly recommend this Inn to anyone.

Initially, coming in, they stated they could not find my booking and had to pay in full again until I told them when I booked it, they conveniently found me. They charged us a $60 deposit on top. The room had a pair of woman's pants in the dresser and weed on the bathroom counter, that when I went down to address it, they simply stated "we will not charge you for that", and did not offer to go and deal with it. When we asked about early check out as our flight was early in the morning, they said we could leave the keycards in the room and we'll get our deposit back. We did not. We called and the man on the phone said he would talk to the owner and call us back, they did not. So, we went through expedia and the hotel claimed WE left the room in a bad condition and would not give us the deposit back! I try to support smaller franchises, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'd rather trust the security of a larger franchise.

Property seemed a bit sketchy, people randomly just hanging out in stairwells. Looked like people staying here are potentially transients. Room was fine for what it was. Tv remote was dirty, sheet had a hole in it from what appeared to be a cigarette burn.

Love the new informational board in the office while your checking inn leaving no questions to the guests about staffs expectations of our quality guests and family.

It was stated online that there was a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. Ice machine was broken. No washcloths provided. Pictures online do not look the same. At check-in, I was told I needed to provide an additional $60 deposit that they wanted it in cash. Since I didn't have cash, I had to use my credit card and then return the next morning with the credit card to receive the refund. They also charged me for the room in addition to what Expedia had already charged me for. So I has to wait for a refund for the $60 deposit and for the extra charge for the room.

The listing said free breakfast was included, but it was not. However, the manager informed us of a discount at two nearby diners.

The room is nice the beds are great, only problem is noise at nighttime for some reason homeless people knock on my door asking me for stuff they sleep on stairs and in by the ice machine. The management is great they resolve any issues you have tou just have to tell thembut the staff has been friendly my only complaint was being woke up at night by people outside my window car alarms people knocking onmy door atnight or early morningsthe homeless people are just part of the area its not just the hotel but i would stay here again because of the comfort in the room

Despite advertising a pool, it was shut for winter. It was 85F.

Everything was good other than the night staff. I felt he was very put out just doing his job, it wasn't even late (9:45 pm) then tried to say and argue that we only paid for a single bed when it clearly stated on the itinerary 2 queen double.. Day staff was great.

The room is very comfortable and have more space then I thought. The rooms have been updated from when I stayed here before . The property was clean as was the room. And the staff have been extremely helpful and kind for the duration of my stay!

Room was dirty and very outdated.. mold in the bathroom. 2 towels, 1 washcloth, 1 handtowel for 2 people for 2 days. unfortunately we made reservations last minute so bad on us.. but even for the price it should be a cleaner room. Bed was very uncomfortable! We were woken to gunshots that sounded like they were right outside.

Motel needs major renovations and cleaning

It's situated conveniently next to two gas stations and a McDonald's, not too close to the main road but still very accessible, next to a Trax location and right near the freeway but it's quiet. I felt safe here and I would strongly recommend this place to any travelling professional or if you need a weekend in town.
