Keep in mind it has been there for a few hundred years. The rooms are good and the hotel is near food drink and music

Lovely old hotel that is very well situated. Staff were very friendly when we engaged with them and helpful when we made a request. Breakfast was nice with multiple options for hot and cold.
Beds were comfortable and the quirks of a historical building always make things more interesting!

My room was clean. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was excellent. The bar I did not visit -other time concerns did not permit.
