The room was sparkly clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the room facilities are very good as well. There is a mini fridge, microwave and a spacious counter to prepare meals. There is plenty of coffee in the rooms as well. Breakfast is served and they have 3 options to choose from, with one option either coffee or juice, we wanted juice so paid for it, not much though. It is not buffet. But the restaurant area is very nice and clean. Because we were delayed in our arrival the reception desk called us to make sure we were going to make it, so we thought it was a good gesture. There is plenty of parking. They have a nice size of a pool and a hot tub as well. We didn't get a chance to use it, but it is very clean as well. They also have coffee at the reception area.

Situated well and easy to locate. Dining on site or fast food nearby, drug store and grocery across the side street. Nice esthetics, pool and hot tub looked inviting, and staff were friendly and efficient. Hot restaurant breakfast included with the room.

Clean room, Comfortable bed. Pillows needs an update. Bathroom was excellent. Toilet is a bit close to the wall, but good !!
Pool WAS AMAZING !!! We had a blast (2 Adults and 3 Kids) ... great depth.. warm water but not cold. Waterslide was amazing.. SO TALL. Loved the fact it was on a timer. Being the only family there this weekend, made the pool time much more enjoyable.
Felt safe, Parked my truck - no issues, but also helped that RCMP, Firefighters we sleeping there as well :)

I've stayed here before and had a great experience, but this particular stay was disappointing. Hot tub/pool was unavailable, TV remote was missing from my room so was unable to watch TV and staff was unable to resolve, hallway and adjacent room noise level in the room was unbelievable to the point where I got little to no sleep (slamming doors, could hear other guests showering, yawning, alarms etc).

Great stay for one night on the way to Jasper.
Room was good and nice to have fresh air with openable window.
On site restaurant was exceptional. We had a great dinner there.
And it was a nice surprise to have hot breakfast off the menu in the morning

It was a nice hotel but not outstanding.. Notices posted about thefts of Vehicles in parking area. Area was clean thought!

Nice hotel and food was good we enjoyed our stay

The walls our thin and not soundproofed. We were woken up many times in the night due to loud guests. We called front deks, which helped- but it seemed like a lot of drunk guests. Police were also at the hotel when we checked in.
Pool deck is extremly slippery and chemicals in the hot tub were too much!

Upon our late check in .. our reservation through Expedia hadn't shown up yet and the lady was more then accommodating with helping us! Ur was super late, our kids were tired and she was absolutely awesome! The beds are so comfy, my kids loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious! I always love staying best western and will define continue!

The pool, hot tub and water slide are always great. Liked the breakfaat at the hotel restaurant. There were good choices and a nice change from a buffet style. Would like to see the bedding choices changed. Bring back the 3/4 pillows per bed and would love a more comfortable duvet sheet combo... one where it actually comes all the way up the bed!

I choose the hotel on the Expedia as I filtered to get hotels with pools .. it was more expensive than other very good hotels around it and I was okay to get the chance to use the hotel .. the pool was out of service .. this is a misleading advertisement .. I could have stayed for less if the advertising was sincere ..
