no breakfast or coffee as advertised. 3flights of stairs, no supplies in the room ~ not even tissues. I will never go there again!!!!!!

Dirty room.

Staff was nice. That’s the only positive. Room was not very clean (odd smell, counters weren’t wiped down, bathtub was kind of gross). Some odd activity outside my room. People peering in to the room and lingering in the hall outside. A little unsettling.

Lots of condensation on the inside of the windows meant a lot of water dripping onto the window sill causing mold and the funky smell from the A/C unit.

The room itself was quiet and the bed comfortable but beware that they do not refound your nights if you do a earlier check-out while they said that we had been told that it was possible but we had to wait to checkout before knowing how much we would get back (this is not honest). In addition to that, we were told that we would have a room cleaning after 7 days but when we asked for it, we were told that it would be after 14 days because they are short in staff... Finaly the cleanliness of the rooms surroundings is terrible, one day someone vomited on the steps to go to our room and despite that I asked 3 times to have it cleaned nothing was done. If you wipe the floor of the kitchen with a wet white kleenex it will turn to dark black....

We chose this hotel to stay after a funeral. The room smelled like must and chemicals. Coleen was helpful getting us a new room. Upon entering, we were greeted by a spider under the sheets. The bathtub had a disgusting amount of hair and dirt in it. It looked as good though there was either fecal matter or throw up behind the toilet. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.

Very dirty carpet in room. Lady checking us in wasn’t very pleasant to us or the other woman trying to check in.

The only thing I can point is that they do not provide room cleaning service every day! Everything roast was perfect!

Low staffed no help. Asked for a extra blanket and it was wet inside a garbage bag.

Great for a one-night stay. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. No hot water for the shower, which was the only real downside.

Dirty. Hard beds. Broken latch on the door. Sticky floors. No utensils or anything to prepare a meal. Not even plates and cups. Coffee and granola bars are “breakfast.”

The room was clean and staff friendly. The room smelled of must and mildew. There was mold stuck in the grout of the shower tile. The bathroom fan sounded like it was going to implode. The room appeared to have some updates but the bathroom and cabinets need a remodel, and carpets definitely need replacing. For the cost per night, not impressed with the presentation.

Close to the major arterials routes and only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown. Nice kitchenette and dining table.

Dead ant under the blanket. Towels had stains. Floors were dirty. There were only three pillows. Loud and we wanted to leave. Tried to contact costumer support. No one cared

The property was a little messy and the room had zero dishes and one towel had to go to office to get more. Vastly understaffed but they were trying. It was probably because it was a busy weekend in Seattle but cleanliness goes a long way

No employee on site to check out with. Called the contact us if needed phone no answer. No continental breakfast. Not even coffee maker in room. No ice makers on property. Room had mold in shower and broken toilet paper holer. All outside trash overflowing.

Provides kitchen to utilize with cookware

I chose this property because of the price and kitchen. Unfortunately none of the kitchen items are actually in the room. A little placard on the counter says you must request each item (dishes, coffee pot, pans, toaster, etc.) and while I was checking in, one customer came into the lobby and was told the items were not available yet and to come back in an hour. That was at about 4:30 in the afternoon. I was running late and went to an event that lasted late into the evening and never tried to get the items. It’s very odd that no coffeemaker is kept in the room. As far as the room goes, the two burners in the kitchen looked rusty and the beds were just ok—not very comfortable. Otherwise it was clean and I really appreciated that the Eastgate Park and Ride was nearby so we could ride public transportation to Lumen Field.

It’s a little shocking that they would claim that breakfast was provided. Their breakfast consisted of hot water, hot chocolate, coffee, and granola bars. The only creamer they provided for the coffee was the kind that you pump out of a bottle and is insanely sweet. But the property is in a good location.

This property is unsafe. First, when checking in they gave us our room, we went there and the door was already cracked open and sheets were everywhere. Went to speak to the office and they were more upset we were stating our concerns while other people were checking in and they felt like we were “embarrassing them”. Once we were able to get to our room, the deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the bathroom fan sounded like a lawn mower! We called Expedia, who tried to talk with the property to move rooms and they did not allow us to move. Instead they “said” they fixed the lock. That was not completed. I took videos to provide. We requested a refund and received nothing! Expedia gave $70 for a $300 stay. They said the property would have to “ok” a refund. We will fight and keep calling this property until it’s rectified. This is unacceptable for the safety of their guests. The “manager” never return our calls and the front office staff acted like this is not that big of a deal. These doors are located outside! Anyone could have walked up and opened that door. Very disappointed with this property and level of care for their guests. We will NEVER stay here again.

I think the housekeeper forgot to finish cleaning the room. There were bar soap chunks and dirty footprints in the tub, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like quite a while, there were beverage spills on the bathroom counter, and a pillowcase’left on the bed w/o a pillow. Also, the secondary safety latch on the door was broken completely off and missing. The recliner handle cover was on the ground outside the hotel door. But, I noticed and picked it up and put it back on the recliner. Trash all around near the trash cans.

Poor facility. Poor breakfast. Not cheap if booking late.
