Room was not cleaned very well, room smelled of mold, a lot of noise all night. For the amount of money I paid this is unacceptable.

I enjoy traveling with my life-long partner especially during business trips. The new manager decided he wanted to make an extra buck by charging me an extra occupant fee to my King Size room. This was done on my company credit card. Pathetic!

The customer service is very good from the moment you enter the hotel, in my case the receptionist Marx treats me with great kindness. I have already been to several hotels but this has been the best by far and the view when it's snowing is wonderful.

This is a very good place to stay. If you want a full breakfast, go somewhere else, but everything else is exceptional! Pleasant, friendly staff. Mary was eager to accommodate. Rooms are clean and quiet. We stayed on the airport side, barely noticed the aircraft noise, and couldn’t hear the highway traffic at all. This is a hidden gem for those wanting to be in the Valley. We’ll be back.

The location is ideal. Close to a convenient store for food & beverages. There are several restaurants in walking distance. There is a mall across the street. The hotel is very clean & the staff is very helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport & ferry terminal. This is now my go to stay in the Juneau Valley.

The hotel's location is wonderful, right close to the airport, adjacent to McDonald's, across the quiet side street from the Breeze In (best donuts ever) and liquor store.

Upon check-in the worker was very slow to streamline us and all our rooms. Then after coming back to hotel later that evening we waited at desk to bring up a matter and the 2 workers were hanging out with what appeared to be a dealer hanging around hotel. Would not stay here or within 200 yards if it.

Staff is super nice and very helpful! Rooms are clean and no major issues. Tv remote batteries didn’t work but you can flip the channels from the tv not a major issue. We didn’t come to town to watch tv haha! We really appreciated the staff! Will for sure be staying here when we come to town!

This hotel is really near our office so this is the 3rd time we stayed here. This time, the room had a broken thermostat control-like it looks like it’s been yanked out of the wall. One of pillowcases had a stain. There was a urine smell in the room.

Super clean every time this is my go to for Juneau. I work out of the airport but don’t live here I fly up from Washington always friendly and helpful and love my room! Thank you guys for always doing a great job see you next time !

The hotel was very basic but provided everything we needed for our stay in Juneau and for a reasonable price. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and its airport shuttle. However we did not realize how far we would have to go to get to the attractions/tour sites. We were pleased, though, with how the staff accommodated us when we had a long wait between the check-out time and our flight out. They stored our luggage for us while we went on a tour and then when we got caught in a downpour on the way back, they let us dry out in the lobby until the shuttle took us to the airport. They were so friendly and helpful.

This is typical super 8. OK, but not great. The room was clean, but the whole hotel is a little run down. For instance, I had to hit the door to my room hard just to make it open. The breakfast is coffee and granola bars. For what they charge, it should be much nicer.

I appreciated the early check-in and airport shuttle. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and a few food options. The bed was nice, but the carpet and hallways were a bit dated.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, if very overworked. (Same employment issues as the rest of the country). They have Always been willing to help. Property feels safe. Never had issues with cleanliness. The elevator is a little scary sounding and the walls are a little thin but always seem to get a good nights sleep, quick and efficient transport to the airport. Breakfast is pretty skimpy but McD is next door and lots of walk-distance food places.

Room was perfectly fine for price and for one night. Room was still a little smaller than expected, and no bars of hand soap to wash your hands, and I wasn't sure if the air conditioning was working. Other than that perfectly fine for staying for a night.

We were here for work out of Statter Harbor and the hotel shuttles were SO helpful to/from the harbor and airport. A lovely no-frills stay that provided us just what we needed during our time in Juneau!

We paid what we believe was a premium to be treated like dirt by the front desk staff. The housekeeping staff were nice and friendly however. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful or friendly. They acted like we were a nuisance and an inconvenience. Every question we asked about access to their freezer, breakfast expectations, etc. was met with hostility. Overall, this property is fine. Very close to the airport, basic amenities and just good enough to entice us to book it. We only booked it because it checked those boxes and has a freezer for fish that we caught during our time in Alaska.

Everyone was so good to us, especially Mary and Rally. The place is clean and well maintained. The airport shuttle was on time and a real bonus. We liked that a free electric vehicle charger was across the street. There is also a cute market and, if you like fast food, there is a McDonalds next door.

This time, the stay was not so good. We had to sleep w the window open because it was so hot. Our room backed up to the highway. We arrived at 10 pm after arriving on the ferry from Haines. There was no soap! We called the front desk and he told us he had no access to to soap until the next day at 10 am by which time we had left. No soap? Really?!

We were turned away from this property, after paying in advance for our stay. The young man in charge was dirty, rude and aggressive. It was clear the hotel was overbooked. We were told we would receive a refund, and had to find another, more expensive hotel late that night.

I was there for a week for buisness. My room did not have an Iron or ironing board, I asked the front desk for one and was told that the hotel did not have any. I had to buy one myself, but on the last day one was brought to my room.
